    @EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

    @EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

    @EE Hi there Is there an issue with making and receiving calls in Carshalton. I've not been able to receive or make any calls for 6 months.

    @EE My wife has the IPhone X. We’ve both been having the “Call failed” happening a lot recently. Both got 2 out of 4 bars signal. Both on EE

    @EE never any signal, platform 14 London bridge. Every day, every week - the same. S8+ perfect anywhere else.

    @EE Been waiting for 2 wks for my order 0020925973 and have just found out you needed extra info from me! The customer service has been shocking-no communication at all and if I hadn’t contacted you, I’d still be waiting!!! I am still in the dark when I will actually receive it!!

    @EE parents are having an issue whereby it looks like the sim is being charged on can tract a payg. How can this be possible?? Who can they contact their local branch isn't very helpful.

    @EE Hi Georgia thanks for getting back to me. Hopefully this will be soon as launching such a service when it is only available to an average of 18% of the UK at the moment is poor

    @EE Thanks for the reply, but have now chosen another network who have been helpful with advise on how to transfer data - something your staff at the CMK store stated wasn’t possible.
