@EE Yes but when you order it the shop tells you dispatched in one day. Now been 8. Wheat into the store now told could be another 28 days. No contact from EE extremely poor customer service. Just talked friends into going with 3 when they Hurd my story

@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

@EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE disappointed in the service received. upgraded my phone still not received it dpd saying they never received it from u. U saying u sent it. Customer service saying they will call me back never heard back got cut off. Very angry &thinking of cancelling my contract completely

Very disappointed @EE. I upgraded to iPhone X last year & my friend got a very good deal from EE. I called EE & got a very bad deal & was told my friend didn’t get his super deal from EE (which he did) by the man from EE. I am not happy !

@EE They advised I switch my phone off then restart it... same advice for past 10 years. The most text messages I receive per month ate from you telling me there is a problem with my home location signal.. around 6-10 per month. Been going on for years now.. just fix it please

@EE I need some help. I've had my phone over a year and I've noticed that whilst using Tiktok app it's have burnt the Plus button, home button and side menu onto my screen? I have a Samsung galaxy s20 ultra? Surely this shouldn't be happening?

@youdidntsay @EE I totally agree. I am disgusted with how people are behaving. They just love to build people up, to knock them back down again. Best team and manager we’ve had in years. I wouldn’t blame Southgate or the players if they told us to get lost next year.
