    Hi @EE had issues yesterday transferring the data plan from my Apple Watch Series 5 to my new Series 6. Spoke to tech support yesterday and have an incident number and was told Level 2 support would call, but no call today? Any idea when they might call? Thanks!

    Anyone ever had an issue with their sim in their upgrade phone from @EE upgraded to an iPhone 12 from XS and they sent a new sim, nearly 24 hours later and it just won’t register at all. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. Very frustrating

    @EE We’re a charity. A long-time customer. You made a mistake in April - it’s ok, things happen. But it’s June & you’re still holding over £300 of our charitable monies. And now the broadband is down, too. Surely someone can help us get back to what’s important here? @MarcAllera

    @EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

    @EE - very disappointed, I made a call to a former colleague in Canada from the UK in WhatsApp, the call dropped.I recalled and it went via mobile. Not as I wanted. You changed me £82 for a 23 min call. That's just plain robbery, I called up your customer service, not interested

    @EE EE customer care ppl record anything as per their understanding and then customer care doesnt apply logic and keep on saying same thing.... we felt cheated and will not recommend anyone

    @EE Terrible customer service! They booked an engineer inspection two days in a row and no one has ever showed up wasting my days. They then said some higher office would have called me at least to talk over the phone... I am assuming it won't happen since it's night already ???
