@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

Really disappointed in @EE broadband. After receiving bad service and going without over the Christmas period, you guys are telling me I cannot leave because I'm in a contract until 2022. But I wasn't receiving the service stated in the contract anyway 🙄

@EE by locking your phones into being locked to the network for 6 months you are effectively taking the use away from the phone for 6 months if the 12 months I own it and for that reason I won’t be taking out any further contracts with you

I find it extremely rude that major companies like @TfL and EE can raise their prices every year. I've just taken out a new phone with @EE and within a month I've received a text saying my month bill will increase.
