    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE I'm with ee. Use the Samsung galaxy s20 ultra. Picked up 5g on about 3 occasions. Signal is dog **** lately and keeps dropping signal altogether when on calls at times. I can't be arsed ringing to try and sort it. So I'll piss n moan on here instead.

    @ee no broadband since 20:00 last night. Have done everything. Turned on/off, reset, checked different plugs, tried to do a Speedtest. Nothing. Are you having outage problems at the moment. I am in Exmouth about 13 miles outside Exeter

    @EE appreciate apples policy on charger plugs. But ee sales don’t advise when switching to apple just happy for the sale no customer care. New phone can’t charge!
