  • s_wood1972 Shane Wood (@s_wood1972) reported

@EE absolutely scandalous call ref. upgrade. Upfront fee of £600-700!!! App shows no upfront fee. UKs best network!!!! You're disgraceful, absolute rip-off merchants. See ya, custom definitely lost after that performance. #shameful

  • sportingintel Nick Harris (@sportingintel) reported

I imagine @EE will be losing customers en masse today (or ensuring they won't renew phone contracts) after hiking prices way above inflation by 14.4%. Their customer service is utterly dreadful too. Absolute garbage.

  • LadyCharlieA Charlie (@LadyCharlieA) reported

@EE £8.57 is a warm meal for a struggling family. A bus ticket to get to work. An NHS prescription. It may not seem much to @MarcAllera, but to some that could be the difference between an okay week and a very bad one. @MartinSLewis #Greed #CostOfLivingCrisis

@EE have raised both my broadband bill & my phone bill. They tell customers to contact them for support if needed. I contacted them to let them know I won't be able to afford medication if my bills increase. They offered me no support. They just told me to contact @Ofcom !

  • PcPcole44 Peter Cole (@PcPcole44) reported

@EE So let's get this straight. The profits you make aren't used for business improvement outside of paying salaries and tax or for supporting customers. Instead you want me and the rest of your customers to pay an extra on top to help you achieve your corporate responsibility. Nice

  • AshFox11 Ash Fox (@AshFox11) reported

@ITFCKurty @EE EE using the oldest trick in the game..using the increase to reinvest in our network. Try using the millions instead of bonuses to share holders. So basically I'm paying now for future shareholders to get more
