    Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

    @EE It would be good customer service to show that EE care about their customers to say yes due to covid there was this delay so we are going to make exceptions this year, have some respect for your customers. It’s been a difficult year for everyone so have a bit of decency

Spoke to upgrades team today and they have promised to call me at 9:45am tomorrow when they can officially discuss price plans, will complete my upgrade and submit it for 1pm

    @EE As far as I can see you have had 10 replies today to this and responded to 2 in 11 hours. Genuine question, what is the point of telling people to contact you on here for help and you are here until 11pm if your response rate is so pathetic or if it isn't regularly monitered?

    @EE have the rudest staff and the most useless customer service, ordered a phone in the 1st was told within 7 days. They've changed it twice without informing me, customer service also refuse to check the stock in store because they'll get a disciplinary. Ridiculous. 😡😡

    Hi @EE can I request urgent contact from Tech pls with regards to the constant line drop issue im having. Ongoing for over a week now. Really pissing me off tbh. Cant make or receive calls for any longer than 60secs, my mobile is essential means of contact 🤬😡🤬😡

    @bt_uk No afraid not. You offered the tablet, and to cover the cost. Why would I contact EE? I’ve already spent probably 10 hours + on the phone to BT this past 2 weeks. The problem is caused by your system error so BT need to speak with @EE to resolve and then tell me when👍
