Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE’s customer service is shocking. The wife cancelled a new sim-only contract 7-days after starting it, only just got given the PAC code yesterday, but is now getting hit with a £300+ charge. In store aren’t helpful, just like the CS via various numbers she’s been told to call.

@EE I have been with you for 15+ years. You have just put up my phone bill and yet now my phone signal hasn’t been working since Friday. I understand you have network problems but I’m currently paying for a service that I haven’t got. Not best pleased to be honest.
