After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. Fast broadband was supposed to be a treat for my teenagers after some really tough years (hospital, surgeries etc etc) and it's just been an upsetting nightmare.
