Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. BNAG (@_BNAG) reported@EE how hard can it be to cancel my broadband!? My new provider couldn’t get you to do it. You couldn’t do it when I rang up, I was told I’d be contacted when it could be done, it’s been three days and nothing. This is ridiculous.
