    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE How about instead of tweeting silly stuff, you actually keep an eye on whether your network is even functioning. Trying to work and home broadband has totally failed/will not connect to the internet despite the hub saying everything is fine. Multiple devices unable to connect!

    @EE home broadband not working, no way to report the fault (only allows mobile coverage reports). Router is fine and all devices can see it but not connecting to internet. Been on and off for days. Help!
