Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

@EE anyone ordering an iPad with these on website or direct on phone don't waste your time . 5 attempt joke of a service . Wrong iPad sent twice .... Also order onpin 3 times picked iPad that was in stock .... Never arrived . Lied too by customer service advisors

@EE I've just done a sim swap due to upgrade. There's no network signal yet but I can use Internet but no calls or texts. I am supposed to do anything else to activate it other than wait? Like you send me a pin or something?
