    Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    @EE Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant service I received over the past 24 hours. Rang up yesterday for a new handset through my insurance, so simple and quick over the phone, already have my new handset and I called yesterday. Really impressed 👏🏻

    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE ok so I got mis-sold an EE dongle last year and I really don't know how to cancel the account. I only know the account number. You'd think that would be enough but it's not.

    @AdzWhitcombe @EE It's been down three times this week. Three is also down. Is there just the one mast in the area..if that's down then several operators are down ! @EE doesn't help when BT can only get 2-5mb land line in a brand new street.

    @EE I have been charged £2000 for data which i never used and can't get a breakdown as your web page has an error on it. I am currently abroad so can't call as you have suspended my account! Online chat doesn't seem to be available on the website either so please help!
