@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked
-
Scott (@stumpyduck77) reported from Ringmer, England

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE I’m a bit sceptical of this. AppleCare as standard from Apple or @VodafoneUK also covers the 2 incidents of accidental damage (Per 12 months) for £79, or £29 for screen damage. Why is EE excess so expensive / why isn’t Apple accidental damage included, or is it not mentioned?
-
Tom 🤡 (@TheRobboRolev4) reported
@EE your mifi boxes are ****
-
Alex Whiteman (@awhiteman5) reported
@EE Yes, why’s no one on my road getting service and why has there been interrupted service since the start of the week? I presume this month will be a free month considering the scale of interruption?

@EE I think you’ve missed the point here. With Appcare or EE? Applecare’s damage excesses are drastically lower, so is this full AppleCare or just certain services being offered?
