    @EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

    @EE How do I report a broadband speed issue - phone lines appear to be closed. It’s currently at 10% of the maximum speed and 20% of the guaranteed minimum.

    Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

    @EE Not really they said it was something to do with my old supplier but this was never an issue I have had before and was never told by my old supplier or by Ee this was booked in on the 9th of March so you had 3 weeks to advise me of any issue or complications but nothing

    @EE Well it's Monday but I'll put this there anyway. Arrived in Singapore but my wife's phone is locked so we can't use a local sim. The unlock service says it has an issue. Can you confirm? As the imei I enter is correct.

    @EE EE is the best network for reception, but if you aren't fussed about wi-fi calling you might as well pay Plusnet for the same service, starting at £6 a month. You'll get free roaming too.

    @EE Warning to all EE users. When any relative passes away and you tell EE and you also cancel payment, EE will still demand to speak with dead relative for confirmation. Customer Service is an absolute disgrace. Do Not Use EE mobile 🤬

    @EE Of a company I was even given the line about it being a bt issue but im sorry im paying EE not bt so it’s an EE issue I will not be waiting 2-3 weeks for this to be sorted I have also raised an official complaint as I feel very let down when my mobile contract expires I will also

    @EE After waiting 30 mins , he was but that is not the issue. Staff should know basic cable stuff. Next time I will just order of Amazon and not visit the high street as that’s wasted my time and was double the price also .
