@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE Same here 😒😡 ordered my new iPhone 13 pro max on the 25 of September due to staff member from a store promise me to be delivered within 7 days, and nothing until now 😡😡 very frustrating when promise something that you all can’t delivered it .. awful customer service

@EE @EE travelling to Turkey be extremely careful as unfortunately the business tariffs are shockingly expensive. Customer service guys in Greenock excellent but unable to offer an economicly viable tarrif.

@EE can 5G be blocked from your iPhone as every time I get a 5G signal, regardless of whether there are full bars or 1 bar signal strength it always egg times and will not load any internet, no matter where I’m located? Absolute waste 5G

Its so frustrating dealing with @EE upgrade process. You never seem to get a genuine deal. When i upgrade with @O2 the process is so smooth and stress free and i walk away being a happy customer. @EE don't seem to value long standing customers 😡

@EE When I did my standard upgrade recently I traded in my old iPhone 11 and paid £30 to get a total of £15 off per month of my bill bringing it down to £70 per month. But I look on My EE and it says £85 per month still. Please help/advise.
