@EE Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant service I received over the past 24 hours. Rang up yesterday for a new handset through my insurance, so simple and quick over the phone, already have my new handset and I called yesterday. Really impressed 👏🏻

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE hi, broadband has been struggling for the last few days, after a long battle got through to a technician on Wednesday evening, apparently we need a new power supply for our router, it’s still not arrived. The likes of Amazon would get it here in 24 hours. We now have no TV, radio etc and no options as we line in an area with a poor 3G signal. Help
