@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE Hey, it’s not a specific postcode as such I’ve just noticed on the train between Aberdeen and Stonehaven the signal is next to non existent. I do that journey nearly every day, multiple times some days and haven’t seen it that bad since Arwen.
