@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE So I have to pay around £65 per month whilst BT group made profits around 2 billion? So it’s my responsibility to help vulnerable customers?

Hang your heads in shame @EE...... Bumping your prices up by 14.4%....disgusting.

Bloody Hell, @EE increasing their prices by 14.4%! Hate how they get away doing this while your fixed in your contract. Feel like a fish in a barrel. I either pay the extra because I’m forced to or risk a CCJ and damage to credit file if I don’t can’t afford. Sickening.

@EE Be suggesting this is an issue with the customer is exactly the point I’m making. You make decisions that affect people. Humans living within the a community. Suggesting that your decisions are nothing to do with you is bizarre. Codes of social responsibility practice you follow?

@EE Frankly a poor response, whilst you state not all add ins are subject to the price rise the one you speak of has jumped 50% in a two year period which still makes it an inflation busting rise

@EE a 14.4% increase to monthly mobile charges. You've just lost a customer.

@EE With this crazy price increase you are dumping on customers. Can I cancel my contract fee free as other networks are allowing?
