@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@tajworld07 @PolitlcsUK Have you tried to talk to a human being at @EE ? They don't seem to exist . The jobs have presumably gone, replaced by hopeless AI loops that regurgitate the same garbage and offer no hope!

@EE I’ve checked my app, hence the contact attempt. I was promised an email by COB Thursday I tried the chat function but it’s just chat bot and I’m going round in circles trying to fix your colleagues mistake 👍🏻

Don’t you love it when you’re on the phone to @EE and they take your details tell you that they will pass you to a person who is able to help but they are just the same as the first and they can’t help because they weren’t given the information needed. 1hr 40m no better off. 👎

@EE Hi I've got intermittent phone signal, the internet is working at home, but my mobile keeps going to emergency calls only and the smart TV isn't working for streaming? Is this my end or your end? Thanks
