@EE please can someone help me sort my gifting data. Im on unlimited and only gifted 28gb to my tablet from my phone since 8 Jan and it’s saying my unlimited phone plan only has less than 500mb left and won’t let me gift. Also tried to DM U and it’s not going through.

@EE Bob...I spoke to customer service and I got the usual drivel. I have put forward a formal complaint and will be approaching the ombudsman. I think what EE have done with this price increase, I can't wait until you guys figure out its lost you money in the end.

@EE Good there is a human. Don’t try to justify the price hikes then. I’m constantly getting texts from EE saying there is a fault with my home network (cellular), and sorry for disruption. Then same again the week after they say its been fixed. I’m sure you can look.

@EE My phone is saying that there is ‘no SIM detected’ when this is not the case, we had the same problem with another phone on our plan around a month ago. This is ridiculous.

@EE It’s always awful. The next village along has 5G. I have one bar of 4G if I’m lucky. TN330SU. If no plans to improve the amount of masts or whatever it takes I’m leaving at the first opportunity

@EE fraud has been committed on my account twice in a month. I've raised it numerous times, raised a complaint which I've been text has been closed. no one has been in touch, no one can properly advise on how to stop it. As one of "best customer service" beyond disappointed.
