Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. Iβve used @ThreeUK for years. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.
