    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    The “upgrade” button on my @ee app doesn’t work. It also doesn’t work if I log into their website and try to click upgrade there. Everything else seems to work, I just can’t upgrade. Maybe I’ll see if I get the same issue with another provider.

    @EE as a network is shocking. I get 0 signal in work and half my messages don’t come through! If I didn’t have another year on my contract I would cancel it!

    @EE wort customer service out there. Ordered an item, informed delivery would be today. No updates and a wasted day at home waiting for an item that hasn’t arrived. Multiples time calling CC team and phone hung up. #avoid

    @EE Love the fact EE acknowledge I've been a customer for nearly 2 decades. Go to upgrade and want £30 month above any other network so thanks now have S22 Ultra 512 GB rather than the 128 on way from another network. Bye bye EE.

    @RickiJDanks @EE @ajh2604 Nope, apparently internal process and woefully terrible online ordering processes are to blame. Complaint has been raised.
