@EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE Today I called customer service to upgrade. Not only did I receive great, friendly service - but I got a great deal too. I felt valued as an existing customer. New phone arrived 4hrs later!! Amazing. Thank you!

@Martin_James86 @BBCWatchdog @EE Its funny though because they told me that no orders had been shipped. The issue is the orders that cost the most with the ps+ add on. But rather than acknowledge that Theyre lying and sending lesser priced bundles.
