@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

@EE Why replace your smart options with this limited choice. Using the music option with Spotify worked perfectly, now, you're pushing Apple Music only which I'm never going to use... Renewal in October... looking around...

@EE On & off but mostly off! My sister who is also with ee can't get signal either but my wife who is on o2 hasn't had any issues. Every time we go away this happens... my 60 gig data & expensive plan is pointless as when at home I use WiFi 🙄
