@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE I had a call from your team already. They couldn't transfer me to the customer service team and there doesn't appear to be a webchat option for broadband, just a very limited bot.

@EE I want to mention the great service I had from one of your team. I sent him an email to say thank you and wanted to forward on to his line manager. He politely declined, saying he was just doing his job. It would be great to know he’s been recognised, is it best to dm you?

@jackthesticks I’m an @EE customer with sim only. This only applies if I upgrade, so I won’t upgrade. If I decide I need an upgrade, I’ll find a supplier without roaming charges.

@EE That's absolute trash. EE got by with mediocre customer service and network years before and after its roaming charges. "Charges are small" - who are EE to tell me what a large amount of money is? You have confirmed it is greed, and once again it is the poor who are punished.
