    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant service I received over the past 24 hours. Rang up yesterday for a new handset through my insurance, so simple and quick over the phone, already have my new handset and I called yesterday. Really impressed 👏🏻

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @MikeThornton94 @EE because i’m on the perks scheme, my contact goes up by £20 rather than going down like a monthly sim. That excess will be credited back they said but still annoying. Especially when it should in theory only be 4 days over, paying more now with less, than when i get a new phone

    Morning @EE my internet is not functioning again. This is the third week in a row. Are your engineers fixing that 4G mast with masking tape? What is the problem? Why does the service keep going down? How can I work with no viable internet connection? Solve this issue, please🙏

    PSA: do not buy a contract with @EE. Have had to lodge multiple separate complaints as their customer service team stop responding when they run out of ideas to resolve an issue whereby the brand new iPhone is receiving <10% calls/texts. AVOID!

    @EE_Complaints @EE Can you please provide an ugent update on the coverage issues for the SP10 area? 1 out of 3 masts operational since the 9/11! Appaulling service, given you knew 1 mast would be decomissioned due to a building being demonlished. When will service be restored?!
