@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

Wow @EE @MarcAllera still charging me for a phone that’s full payed off and my contract is finished, told me to leave EE when I called, EE customer for about 10 years as well, with 3 phones and they don’t seem to care, never had any issues with EE till now

@EE No service for over two years for which you have given me 135 pounds with no explanation, but let me guess here, you are afraidof admitting theft and I may just go away. People need to know. 40 pounds a month for 2.5 years and more
