@EE Hi Michael - thanks for this.. what happens if your landline is with BT because for some reason EE were not able to take the BT landline over? Will landline no still work? I am checking anyway - BTW why are EE charging me for this service?

@EE Bought a 4GEE WIFI MINI, living rurally thought it would help with downloads... it does!! didn’t realise that as well as paying for data I’d have to pay top up too... why? Why do I have to pay twice? Top up and then data... especially when I can only use data and not the top up

@EE I feel you have failed your customer service I have had problems switching to fibre plus since February and now it be yet another 2 weeks as your engineer can't look at paper work!!! I wish I never signed this contract

@ee I’m receiving two or three calls a day from your customer services trying to sell me a contract upgrade I’m not interested in. Always during work hours. This has been going on for a week. Sometimes if I can answer nobody will pickup. I need this to stop. How do I do this?

Not ideal when you call @EE customer support to discuss an upgrade and the bloke on the phone doesn’t understand what MagSafe is on the #iphone12mini and tries to push an 11 on you. Could well be switching provider this year. Maybe @CPWTweets with ID Mobile?

@ee My calls arent coming through! I’m receiving messages saying I’ve got a missed call, however no calls are coming through. No one can hear me! My reception keep dropping - I’m paying £70 a month for AWFUL service. I complained back In june 2020 about the service too!!
