    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    @EE guys in the Canary Islands have never had this issue on the many times. I’ve been here before all the settings are correct, but there’s a time keeps defaulting on our head on the yoigo network. On the moviistar network, the time is correct but iPhone keeps defaulting to yoigo

    . @EE shocking... Shut my sim off before new one received (so no service over Christmas), support call decided to end support at 4pm because they are now closed, have me an 0800 number, they are also closed. I have never experienced anything like it.

    @EE are useless. You order an upgrade online. Then they get you to call. They say the system has given you a wrong price on your quote. the charge is £52 + £35 up front fee rather then £50 a mth quoted. I say no & I say I will just cancel the line at the end of it. PT1...

    @EE just wondering what why i would be charged full price for a handset an upgrade that i was allowed to have? Never happened before and its to much. Direct debit cancelled for the moment.

    @NickFay88 @EE Having the same issue, how did you sort it? Top up on computer and approve bank on mobile? Driving me mental trying to sort this.
