@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

Terrible experience from @EE ordered a phone on the 13th of September and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched grrr beginning to wish I hadn't signed up to a new contract now. 😢

Day 22 of no broadband hub. EE have lost it at their depot but they want me to complain about store (not happening) - not give me new hub or help nope. Waiting for a call Monday. Shocked how bad they are. Hub probably costs 50p to make @EE @bt_uk #BadCustomerService

@EE I'm trying to book 50th Wedding Anniversary for my parents. Why am I blocked from opening Pub websites I'm 45. Why is this not turned off when phone is bought when you provide ID and Bank details. I cannot get through to anybody all day. Callback never got callback.

@EE The transfer of BT domestic customers needs realisation that they are not all the same or equal in capability. Many now have AMD needing broadband to communicate who cant see on a website so sending that advice in text won't help them. Flag a/c, check before sending @RNIB

@EE so contract signed in February, run rings around me since, broken promise after BP. Last Thursday supposed to be THE day,still no broadband. Complaints closed without my agreement, different reasons - NO broadband. Very elderly folk at house no net or phone- disgusting.
