@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant service I received over the past 24 hours. Rang up yesterday for a new handset through my insurance, so simple and quick over the phone, already have my new handset and I called yesterday. Really impressed 👏🏻

@EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

The “upgrade” button on my @ee app doesn’t work. It also doesn’t work if I log into their website and try to click upgrade there. Everything else seems to work, I just can’t upgrade. Maybe I’ll see if I get the same issue with another provider.

@EE had nothing but problems with EE this week I’ve always recommended them to friends and family but they have actually took the full blown piss out of us this this week been told more than 3 times we will be called by a team leader for no call to ever come JOKE

Well done @EE - I cannot imagine how many rude customers you’ll have had today. But everyone I spoke to today was super patient and very helpful. Received one iPhone. Waiting on another. No bother at all. Worth the wait.

@JamieCroftPlays @EE I agree - it’s not that we haven’t gotten the phones (yes it’s frustrating and disappointing) but the fact we haven’t had ANY communication and have been left waiting for a delivery that isn’t coming! It’s outrageous a company of EEs status would treat customers in this way!

@edgilbertson @EE I’ve had the same issue! Waited in until gone lunchtime- called for an update to hear I’ve got to wait for up to a month!? For a communications based company their not doing too well are they?
