    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE I have had 'no service' in NG2 all day, restarted phone, removed and reinserted sim. Spoke to someone in the street who had the same issue, your website says all is ok...

    Finally leaving @EE after over a decade. Adding a "free trial" of a service onto my number without consent, then charging me for it because I didn't know to opt out. See you very soon @giffgaff

    @ee @btsport why do I pay for an upgraded service so that I can cast my phone screen to my projector, when you then inhibit that function? What am I paying the extra for?! That. So I'm getting milked for extra service and getting nothing for it. Refund Compensation Apology

    @EE I spent 30 mins last week talking with your customer services about a refund for a wrong debit - I checked my statement and you seem to have doubled the cost NOT given me a refund .. your app seems to prevent me calling anyone so perhaps we can talk here ?
