@EE I’m not sure what there is to fix. I honestly believe it’s correct. You can see from the transcript. “It’s for all customers to pay the delivery fee”.

@EE I don’t want to spend any more time on this. everyone in EE is saying they can fix if. After an hour they all agree it is not possible. You accept from the evidence I sent that it’s a real mess.

Just become an @ee customer. Paying by direct debit. First thing they do (with no warning ) is ask for a £50 deposit for service with my first bill. Hardly building brand trust or customer trust.

@EE They're not helping at all. They keep telling me to call which i cant because i have no mobile network!
