    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE so Christmas done and back to work and guess what still no 4G signal. Time to move to another provider I think. Only been a month - looks like top level incompetence - either that or they just don’t care?

    @EE Yes all I get back s the run around, frankly I don't care anymore I've reported EE to Cisas and Ombudsman Services: Communications. For this I'll be escalateing it as iam.not happy one bit on your customer service nor how you are affected my credit score with your lies

    @EE I have an English number with @VodafoneUK but I am currently living abroad. Because of their changes, I want to leave them. But I would like to keep this number. Is it possible to keep it but changing the service to you? And how can I do it please? (Especially, at distance).

    Hey @EE, I know @VodafoneUK will start to charge whoever uses the phone abroad more than at the UK (for English people living abroad is a big issue). Are your rules towards this usage abroad changing as well?

    @EE I spent an hour talking to 3 different advisers last week about a gift delivered to the wrong address. I've got accused that it's my fault! They promised me a call back which didn't happen. Appalling customer service, I'm with EE for 12 years, having 3 lines with you
