@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE @BAFTA Nobody's interested in EE. We'd be more interested in how we could send our devices back and cancel our contracts based on the most recent, ridiculous and unjust 15% increases....that's what we'd be interested in. Greedy shameful fu**ers.
