@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE With that idiot I had yesterday Phishing for as much personal information he could no he must have been a kid who had no idea,did not have his name it never said who he was, had someone not supended my data usage I would have had the bill I have 5 weeks googlemail missing

@EE do you still have a retention team rather then upgrade team as the upgrade person I spoke to was very arrogant really not a great customer experience

@ee I'm eligible for an upgrade. Trying to upgrade via app and the final part of the checkout process just sits loading with a spinning symbol?? When I try to fix it using the online chat they have a completely different date for my upgrade and try to charge?

I cannot wait for my @EE contract to run out in a couple of months, been to meadowhall to get a new SIM card as that’s what I was told was the problem with my phone dropping call but I’ve not got id so won’t help me out 😡😡😡😡

@EE getting scared now, I posted my old phone for trade in last week but I keep getting FINAL REMINDERS to send it!! I can't afford to be charged I have proof of sending it back. HELP
