@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE Ok, but it's not working on 3 browsers on my Macbook either - that's nothing to do with the app. Will try that anyway, but a bit of a palaver to rely on the phone app to download bills I want to store on my computer

@EE I just ordered a new phone yesterday — was assured of delivery today. DPD now says Monday. No way to change my address or cancel or anything! This is just such horrid service. I am appalled.
