@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE No Glen. Too much hassle. Some service providers offer customers mobile router backup options. That takes over in the event of line failures. But not you I guess? Such poorly maintained infrastructure...

@EE It's just been dropping out and not loading anything. if I'm already watching something it just freezes. I have unlimited Internet so it's not a case that I've hit my cap. My sisters on the same network and hers works perfectly fine. Were as I'm stuck with a no connection error.

Apologies to my few followers but this deserves a public rant. I've been an @EE customer since 2015. Phoned them 30Dec to upgrade. Confirming details, the rep read out my previous address. I corrected him with current address. All sorted I thought. DPD attempted delivery 1/

@EE do you have customer service I can chat with via message app instead of calling long distance paying roaming charges? I'm in U.S. assistant to Producers coming from UK that need eSim cards so they can have U.S number while here. Is EE able to assist or local US cell company?
