    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE where is my delivery via DPD? Waited all day Thursday and now all day today. No one can help me at DPD ; can’t track driver for some reason. EE sales say not their problem - very poor customer service.

    Hi @EE I’m due an upgrade with yourselves and was wondering whether I’m able to put down a higher upfront payment on a new device than what you advertise - most plans you’re advertising are £0 or £30 upfront. I’d like to pay more upfront to lower the monthly payment if possible?

    @EE can you explain to me why a member of the executive complaints team has just put the phone down on me? Not aggressive no bad language just didn't want to give me the same resolution to the same problem I had to have escalated last month and didn't want to answer my questions.

    @EE is there an issue with full fibre today? Intermittent pings to all sites and direct connection via Ethernet to the router. Done a refresh via sms and no change

    @EE having been a customer for 20 years I am disgusted at your ethics - especially during this current climate. Due to wrong addresses, back dated invoices and only FOUR days before you sold my debt (which I was unaware of) my credit will now be effected. Cont below

    @EE The assistant manager in Westfield Stratford his name is Amin or something. He is a rude, unprofessional and, arrogant imbecile. Tell me why he tried to embarrass me in front of customers? Implying Im too broke for a contract when I already have 2 contracts with EE

    @EE Where to start A phone that as been nothing but problems since I got it. A watch that is nearly useless after an update A tablet unable to upgrade because the online system wants to sell me broadband. This made worse by the fact I am paying £40PM more than others providers.
