@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

So after 15 years, multiple devices and contracts, it’s now time to leave @EE owing to their failure to understand that while ever they are the ONLY network determined to charge for roaming, people will continue to leave. So I am. What’s O2 like these days?

So I went to the @EE Store, told I can't complain at the store and to phone CS. Phoned CS asked to raise a complaint. They put me through to tech support, I've done all the things asked. Phone is still playing up and it's getting worse. It's driving me crazy.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
