@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

  • G27B92 Grant Beale (@G27B92) reported from Hastings, England

I cannot fault @EE in customer service, absolute gems !! Thanks

@Independent Damn. Disappointed in you @EE I was reassured that this wouldn't happen.

  • mikeymendelsohn Michael M (@mikeymendelsohn) reported

@EE Must be pretty depressing to have every customer tell you they're leaving

  • HMS_TOPDECKER TOPDECKER (@HMS_TOPDECKER) reported

@EE @AdiGaskell O dear. What could you do with the millions of £ profit? Build a giant **** YOU sign outside the Watford Gap Services?

  • Menkerton Menkerton (@Menkerton) reported

@EE As soon as my contract is up I'm off to someone who won't charge for roaming. Haven't changed my provider in 20+ years. This stinks. You can shove your slightly faster network.

  • fatbury Fatbury! ⚽ 🌹 (@fatbury) reported

@a516digital As an @EE customer I won’t be renewing now - the customer doesn’t seem to count

  • johnham666 John Hamilton 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@johnham666) reported

@duckfundee @EE Absolutely but as an EE customer the others didn’t lie directly to me

  • Jell0TR 💙Christian💙 Socially distant (@Jell0TR) reported

@EE @MagicBoyUK EE need to update their network infrastructure regardless. This is simply a rather pathetic money grab and by the looks of it their customers have seen straight through the PR nonsense and are cancelling contracts enmass.

  • northernnobby Si Clarke 💙 (@northernnobby) reported

@EE bad move charging for roaming. Bad bad move. Let's hope the other networks respect customers and the opportunity to travel.

  • JoshFraser_ Josh Fraser (@JoshFraser_) reported

@EE If its not broken don't fix it 🖕🏻

  • mrsspanner 👑Anna🇪🇺💙 (@mrsspanner) reported

@Chris_Torbitt @EE @ThreeUK We get this “we have to invest in our network” excuse from Virgin Media too; I’d much rather companies were honest.
