    @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

    @EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

    @EE So I'm considering my upgrade which is available in a few months. Can you help me understand why the phone I want is £71pm via upgrade and only £32pm for a new customer on your network. If this is the case I might as well jump network when the time comes

    @EE I gave up trying. It came back to life the next day. Not comfortable that in an emergency we might not be be able to distribute data. Let me set a default amount devices can draw down automatically.

    To find out once again the full fiber had been cancelled. Thankfully Terry has managed a great work around buty new date is the 18th of August over a month after the original. @EE how am I expected to work from home when you can't get your **** together.

    @EE hey 👋 got a new phone and sim from you this morning, put new sim in and restart the phone and still says no service 🤔
