  @EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

  @EE No she was calling because I'm bed ridden and can't top up because I do not have a signal and my card won't work and was running low on credit it was a lovely thing to do but I lost the signal and it was raining outside I'm in a wheelchair I just wanted to say thank you and sorry

  @EE been with you since pre 90s inspite many hiccups now you forcing me 5th Sep onto a substantially higher plan with absurd amount of data Expect customer #churn not the way to go @EE

  Absolutely appalled by @EE my mother in law made a mistake and is now out of pocket. Shop and customer services can’t make a refund and after 2 weekly emails to shop and no reply at all.

  @ee any chance you can get someone to man the chat feature on your website. I'm now day 2 with no sim activated and I can't call you. Clicking on the link for other ways to contact you takes you back to the chat window that doesn't work....
