@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@mouthwaite @EE Couldn’t agree with you more Tamzin! EE customer service is shocking. I’m afraid you have to persevere……I once waited an hour on the phone trying to sort my problem. Eventually I wrote to the CEO and got a result. By then I had wasted a week of my life on the phone!!!

@EE having a few data issues in Plymouth, some websites work and the rest don’t or they take forever to load. I can’t even run a Speedtest.
