@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE Tried to contact you call center buy was on hold indefinitely. Your text service is also useless. And still no communications from EE. Some people rely on their network connection for work.

Had to use my mobile data all night for work because @EE broadband has been off all night 😡 apparently down all over the UK and not a peep out of EE about it.
