@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE I live in Meads Eastbourne Please tell me ASAP why I have no signal on either mobile number and yet when I go into town the signal is fine. I rely on these phones for business

@EE have been unhelpful as well. We wanted to upgrade an existing iPad contract. This had loads of issues, but finally got it. However they made it an additional line rather than an upgrade. The solution is for me to get charged for the iPad usage (pro rata) & return and reorder

@EE trying to upgrade phone via MyEE app and it says there is an issue with the app and to try the website, try through that and it goes round in an endless loop and won't add the phone or plan to basket?

@EE my £10 pack won't top up even though I have £10 credit. Tried texting "now" to 150 and called 150 as well. Any chance of some help before you steal my money if I make a call?

@Tonysmini @EE Tried all sorts. The wifi just cuts out at times. The Mrs has similar speeds on her PC both on wifi and wired. When their tech guy came out ran tests and he said it’s basically poor wifi, could be a faulty hub and to get EE to send a new one out and go from there.

@EE No it’s not, the signal on ex5 is shocking been saying limimamtations since September, I’m not getting the full service I pay for and advisor was supposed to call me back but I never heard from her

@EE Thanks for confirming Phil, sadly because I can barely get a full signal inside my house, so unable to use up the data on my contract, so there’s no point being on it. Thanks

Shocking customer service from @EE I raise a complaint am told that I should get a call within 48hrs, 72 hours later, Still no phone call call them back & am told that the case was closed & am told I need to wait another 72 hours and have been given different advice each time!

@EE according to your coverage checker, I should get 'excellent' 4g coverage at home/in my local area... I'm lucky to get 1 bar (Samsung S22). If it wasnt for wifi calling at home I'd be left unable to make/receive calls. NE34 area. Is there an issue? Been like this for months.
