  Appalling, rude service from @EE store. Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. They’re consistently good!!!

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !

  @EE I’m having problems with my broadband, tried to sort using the App but won’t resolve the issue. I work from home and dont really have time to be spending sorting out broadband issues. I’m new to EE following migration from BT and would appreciate some assistance with this
