@EE instead of negotiating a good deal to keep me as a customer your staff spent the whole call slagging off competitors but they didn't want £50 upfront cost for the phone and was charging over £11 more a month for the plan. No thanks.

@EE incorrectly advised on PAYG downgrade. Consequently topped up a phone that I cannot access to as I am abroad. Support unable to assist despite me being able to receive calls and SMS to the number.

@EE Also, how do you reconcile your statement "as swiftly as possible" with "but this is sent out through Royal Mail second class"? Seems the least consistent logistics model ever! Hopefully your signal is better than your delivery strategy 👍

@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.
