Also, my wife bought an iPhone from them outright last month and they have locked the phone even though not on contract. Told it will cost her to unlock. Sharp practice. I’ve used @ThreeUK for years. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.
