OMG @EE #brighton - the most incompetent service ever. Misleading information and complete inflexibility. After a wasted 45 mins I walked away. And now I’ll be walking away from EE as soon as I can. My recommendation - find another provider

@EE Hi Craig. USA. Roaming fully enabled on the device. Long chat sessions with two of your team who have apparently checked and / or reset everything, concluded that there's no problem and told me to switch my phone on and off lots of times. Still no service.

@EE When I contacted Live Chat today you can see a supervisor admitted that I had been lied to last week & there was nothing they could do to restore my service as the collections team are only on phone but I would have to download Skype to ring them because I'd been wrongly cut off!

@EE yeah that i had a message saying network providers has temporarily switched off or something. The upload speed usually i get 20-30mbps.. it seems to be working back to normal but it wasn't connecting to anything and having problems all the time. It was the only 1 test that worked
