Customer service saying they will call me back never heard back got cut off. Very angry &thinking of cancelling my contract completely

Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. I was on a very basic phone contract that they wanted £20.00 per month for when you can get exactly the same deal on the EE network for less that a fiver. Just goes to show how greedy they all are.
