@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE Please feel free to help as I still without mobile data, my payments are all up to date, no SIM cards, unable to activate any eSIMS as it keeps needing to send an activation code, but I have nowhere for it to go to! This is becoming farcical…

@EE dear EE - my number has been spoofed by a call centre using my number. I am receiving dozens of calls per day from people saying they have had a missed call from me. Many have described the same description of who has called with my number. Please help!
