    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

    @DPDgroup_news #worst delivery service ever Dpd are awful, never going to use them. Dreadful service, liars as well. @EE stop using them they are awful. Third time they lied and messed up phone delivery. Useless customer service as well #worstdeliverycompany

    @nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @Dianne1963 @EE I have to ask often they never gave me that info. Thankfully my contract is up next month and I’m off. No choice. 5G everywhere, but only one bar of 4G where I am. Three of the local masts are on private land they can’t always access they’ve told me so the issues can take days

    Last year, in an attempt to cut costs, I allowed @EE to persuade me try an Oppo phone. One of the worst decisions I've ever made. The phone is an enraging piece of crap.

    I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

    @EE What would be good is when i cancel something in September you stop taking payment and then take forever to come back to me, Telling me your managers are too busy listening to other calls to come back to me.

    @Nreal you need to partner with someone other than @EE for selling your Nreal Air. They make is obnoxious to try and get and extremely limit can get them. Thus destroying your potential customer base. And also you need to fix the Samsung S22 Ulta UK compatability issue.
