    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

    @lodeslan @EE We have found EE to be brilliant with customer service. Saying that I very rarely have issues with their service,so haven't had to contact them recently.

    @lincsbirder2019 @EE Been on a sim only contract for a few years now and just buy refurbished IPhones one or two models old from Handtec. Currently on a Xs and have no issues at all.

    So today was going to be new @Apple iPhone 13 day but going from a physical to an eSim has left me without a working phone, I have to go to an EE store to get the problem sorted. Well done @EE just wasted 5 hours sorting it. Now I have no phone, I rely it for work! #Useless
