Poppy Jeffery (@BBCPoppy) reported from Maidstone, England@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭
-
Emma Ongley (@EOngley) reported from Tonbridge, England@EE Please feel free to help as I still without mobile data, my payments are all up to date, no SIM cards, unable to activate any eSIMS as it keeps needing to send an activation code, but I have nowhere for it to go to! This is becoming farcical…
-
Nick Anderson (@uknickand) reported from Bobbing, England@EE new customer here! Ordered sim only yesterday, i haven’t got access to account yet. Can I order another phone/number today and will that go to one account?

-
Drew Morgan (@Drewstoopher) reported from Maidstone, EnglandSomeone from @EE needs to give us a call very soon, because your in store customer service is absolutely horrifying every time and sick of being messed around and dismissed by staff. But as long as you have money every month then what do they care.
-
the statistics guy jono (@Jon_UK2016) reported from Gillingham, England@EE Well @DPD juat lied to me on phone, couldn't be bothered to help. So EE may lose me as a customer after a decade.
-
-
Teddy (@Teddy_Nicoll) reported from Gillingham, England@EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!
-
lorraine langridge (@lorraine_acorn) reported from Longfield and New Barn, England@EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.
-
The Lefthand Low Golfer (@Grum90379158) reported from Rochester, England@EE Ok but please explain how I can cancel my current contract and then get EXACTLY THE SAME contract for £20 a month less? And with a brand new phone?
-
Maisie Cat - Happy New Year - Tories Out! (@maisiethetortie) reported from Speldhurst, England@EE is there a problem with a mast in the TN3 area of Kent please? Had no signal for three days. Thank you.

-
-
Neil Bloor (@neilbloor) reported from Sittingbourne, EnglandUnfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.
EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
VisionsofGold (@VisionsofGold) reportedSo @ee after calling 150 the answer is no. 18 years of customer loyalty gets you nothing. Couldn't even waive the early upgrade fee. A real shame. Better to wait until the end of the contract and leave? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp
-
Adam Chetter (@adamchetter) reported@EE Tried this but keep getting told the issue has been going on years and it won’t be resolved soon. What can I do?
-
Mark (@ArtilleryMan728) reportedWhy is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile
-
Karen Elizabeth (@virgodragon864) reported@EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection, homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either, contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.
-
ちはる (@chi_i_i_ha) reported@ZachMcElroy1 @EE You can talk to @EllaCoding, support won't help you
-
Adam Waltz (@Amadagram_) reportedThe worst mobile phone network in the UK @EE
-
leilani dowding 🌸🚜 ☮️ (@LeilaniDowding) reported@JimBob1046620 @EE There is when you live in the countryside with no mobile service
-
Hunter (@hunterredfieldd) reported@EE @LeilaniDowding This is why everybody should buy a mesh network device. These companies couldn’t care less about you losing your service, they only care about getting their monthly payment.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Emma-Jane 🇬🇧 (@Cadisbikes) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE This has been forced on my father. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.
