I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

@EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

@EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

@EE They have declined giving me a contract all because I am new to the UK and they said credit score is low. I asked for SIM only deal oo. How then will I build my score? Remember Three gave me contract but I canceled for poor coverage in my area. Any option to be on EE?
