    @EE URGENT HELP NEEDED AS NO PHONE DUE TO YOUR ACTIVATE SIM SYSTEM NOT WORKING - my account is fully paid up but your system has deactivated my phone sim and not activated my iPad Sim. Please explain what exactly I am paying for as is doesn’t seem to be a mobile phone service #ee

    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    @EE went into your Hempstead Valley store today to look at new phones shame the customer advisor was more interested in playing mobile poker than serving people!!

    @EE I have a rcs chat messages issue on a s21+, it's not verifying. @SamsungUK say I need a new sim card? It eas working on the current sim car in that handset can you get a techy person to help please.....

    I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @EE Price rises are starting to take the piss now! I can cancel my contract and get EXACTLY the same contract with yourselves again for £20 a month less… How exactly does that work??

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @ee this is becoming somewhat ridiculous…I have no way of contacting you except via here as you have deactivated my SIM cards for no reason and I have no phone. This is a matter of urgency please help

    @EE Please feel free to help as I still without mobile data, my payments are all up to date, no SIM cards, unable to activate any eSIMS as it keeps needing to send an activation code, but I have nowhere for it to go to! This is becoming farcical…

    @EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

    Interesting development is that the Xbox Series X is virtually useless without an Internet connection. @EE has gone down (not that they care) and I can't play #WRC9 anymore...which is heartbreaking 😭

    @EE Next time you have problems with EE Web, rather than have customers complaining on Twitter, advertise there is a problem. Lose customers if you're not upfront!!!

    @EE hi I upgraded my phone this week and was able to choose one smart benefit. I chose Apple Music and had the sms to say it was active and could now be used. But unfortunately it’s not working and allowing me to use its services. I tap that I’ve joined through EE multiple times.

    @EE Resetting the router only works at the point that some EE engineer has fixed a local or national problem. I’d really like to know why it’s become so bad. Is it going to improve? I cannot take much more of this.

    @EE And it has nothing to do with my router because when I look at other complaints in my area and in other areas of the UK, it’s become widespread in recent times. I’m not sure why it’s become so bad, but I live in hope that things will return to normal SOON.

    @EE just brought the 4GEE WiFi mini and the WiFi name doesn’t match the WiFi name when I try to connect therefore the key does not work! Help needed please
