Poppy Jeffery (@BBCPoppy) reported from Maidstone, England@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

Too long EE have raided loyal customers pockets there is no defence for the roaming charges other than its an easy increase to apply.

I am having to use my fiancé’s phone half the time: this isn’t on and I’ve made so many complaints. You come back with no issues left unresolved
