  @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

  @nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

  Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

  @EE in Angus Scotland I’m not able to use mobile data! Only Wi-Fi. Doesn’t help when I’m at work with no Wi-Fi! I’m assuming a hefty discount on my bill considering I pay you almost £300 for 3 phones and 2 watches!
