Ant (@Ant_RTW) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

Teddy (@Teddy_Nicoll) reported from Gillingham, England@EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

-
Lynds Maple (@lyndsMaple) reported@EE riddle me this, why am I getting no little to no signal at home on the ground floor, upstairs only one bar. Signal checker says no problems but won't let me check further?!
-
Stephen Maddock (@stephenm68) reportedHey @EE As a longtime customer I’m very unimpressed with yr customer service to my Dad (93) You: - Made him move from BT -> EE - Told me you’d switch his DD over - Failed to do this so he missed 1st payment - Ignored his complaint & request for refund - Charged him a late fee!
-
Georgie Johnson (@GeorgeJ201075) reported@EE currently on phone to your customer services who have no idea what they are doing. We have two payg sims, purchased online, Both inserted, and pac numbers given, but no credit on both as been put on! Where’s the £15 and £10 credit gone?
-
Reg Morton (@RegJTMorton) reported@EE Your guys in the executive complaints dept stated today that it's a final decision and they can't challenge the repair shop. Your own staff took photos and videos confirming not damaged when I left it with you. Then the repair shop sent that laughable image. It's a known fault. Anyone reading this can Google Samsung fold 7 green lines screen. Instead of being reasonable you try to charge me £600 and claimed that this image is damage. It's ridiculous. Your letter informs me my only option is ombudsman. So that, other than an apology and a repair, is what I'll do. Along with everything possible to publicise this complete fraudulent farce, of which I've only just begun. Imagine losing a £2k per year customer for this man. Have a word with yourselves.
-
Seb (@SebParkinson) reportedFull HD video and clear audio from space yet I can’t even get a phone signal in Bacup. Sort it please @EE
-
Bob (@Bobd2411) reported@GreenVapinGiant @EE How stupid can you be? Not everyone has the money to buy the phone outright so the pay more to get it with a sim. Basic economics.
-
James Smith (@metaled92) reported@EE Good Afternoon I have come off the phone with an advisor about an eSIM transfer issue. Done the replacement via myEE app QR code. The new phone is now on “Activating”. How long can this take please?
