    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    @minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

    I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

    @EE so how comes you guys aren't extending signal coverage to Ackers Fold, Wigan, WN7 4BQ the cell coverage is pathetic. And their about to hike another 400 homes that side

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I have on multiple occasions, they even sent openreach out. Within minutes of him leaving, I then had no landline and the broadband fault that was fixed continues. After nearly 10 days I got my landline back yesterday but router keeps shutting down and rebooting

    Worse than this, repeatedly made me feel like it was my own fault, talked down to me and kept giving smug looks over to his colleagues while doing so to the point I had to walk out. I had to go and buy a new iPhone from Apple direct. Do better @EE.

    Mistake of the year: yesterday I got a pack code from @EE as @O2 was much cheaper. Provided a pac so number moves tomorrow. Went out to my usual places today & did some sim swaps between ee/o2 eSIM and wow is @o2 slow! I’m now on the phone with ee & trying to stop the port!

    @EE seems even thou your staff can see youve made a mistake and something is wrong they can't fix it, can't transfer me to the department to sort it , seems like since joining BT there customer services have dropped.
