    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    @MillwallDolbs2 @EE @Samsung @vodafone @O2 @3MobilesShop @tescomobile When u sort a mobile bill ask about the 15% discount offer. Got my 11 with unlimited data calls and texts £61 a month. Not a bad deal

    Oh what joy paying for the pleasure and expense of having a EE 5 g mobile phone then look at the signal on the screen and it says 3G eeer something thing is wrong here @EE

    @minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

    @EE so how comes you guys aren't extending signal coverage to Ackers Fold, Wigan, WN7 4BQ the cell coverage is pathetic. And their about to hike another 400 homes that side

    @EE The MyEE app wasn't working and it was suggested that I uninstall it and then install it again. Did that, now when I try to sign in it asks me to include my mobile number, when I do this it states that my number is already linked to an account and I can't use the app. Why?

    @EE spending ages waiting to speak to a customer service agent. My call was also dropped so I had to start again. You have made a mistake on my bill which is due to be taken out of my account in the next couple of days- is there another way to get help?

    @EE frustrated again by customer service rep as no one can explain to me why you can’t provide me with a VAT reg Invoice unless I register myself as a company- I need this to reclaim my phone/bb from work which is a lot more than £20! Am complaining to @HMRCcustomers and @Ofcom

    @EE the worst phone network. Been messed around for days and on hold for over half an hour at a time. My contract was up on Friday 26th and I still haven’t been able to cancel it. Explained my personal reasons and been messed around by your employees.

    @EE someone explain to me why my DD has been cancelled? Just had letter asking for 100+ quid and just tried to call out yet my account has been barred. Balance now paid but not happy this has happened! Continued issue since upgrading few months back.

    @EE was just on the phone to customer services to cancel one of my SIM cards and they’ve turned the wrong one off. Can you ask you get them to put it back on please. Thanks
