    @EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😑

    @EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @EE Without Internet Alexa just sits there telling them she's having trouble connecting, try again later. Unfortunately she doesn't have the memory to remember how many times she's been asked that before to give a different reply.

    @EE @Hepworthclare This is not just EE but all phone companies, which is ironic but it's just impossible to get through to anyone. You get stuck in a queue for thirty minutes, it's just ridiculous. My message to every service company is PLEASE sort your call centres out and employ more people.

    @EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

    Hey @ee you send me a message to call 150 inside working hours because you can’t tell me my roaming minutes for an unlimited business account. When I try it tells me they are unavailable. Why tell me they are there 8am-8pm if they are not available. #fail

    @KellyHatfieldx @EE No big company cares about you or your service. Their full responsibility extends to grabbing your money. After that any 'correspondence' is reducing their profit on your transaction. Thats why they have AI and bots designed to make you so frustrated that you will just give up.

    Now in the process of setting up every single one of my devices at home after being told a router reset would NOT change the network name or password. Thanks Libby from @EE (and incidentally if you fixed the issue in the first place I wouldn’t need to keep calling) 😑

    I need to speak to customer services. It's a nightmare trying to speak to someone - is anyone there. Phone the local shop - nobody picks up. Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE
