Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window. This was yesterday. Got a new time slot today and hoping the iPhone 16 gets delivered
