@EE how do I cancel my contract. Due to an ongoing issue with coverage. I have spoken to your call centre let's not go into that. I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

@minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

@EE I've a terrible but simple issue with EE. I'm simply not able to move my existing number to a new phone; as simple as that and EE couldn't fix it for the past 2 weeks. Is it so hard to just issue/activate a replacement sim ? Unbelievable. This is causing me unwanted troubles.

@EE Was this a network disruption Michael or is it that there is just no service in Manchester terminal 2? There was no backup service available to me, only free public unencrypted Wi-Fi which is not an option for my business connection.

@MikeThornton94 @EE because i’m on the perks scheme, my contact goes up by £20 rather than going down like a monthly sim. That excess will be credited back they said but still annoying. Especially when it should in theory only be 4 days over, paying more now with less, than when i get a new phone

@VodafoneUK No need, I’ve spent more time on the phone to you with my wife’s phone than actually using your service! Shocking provider, I’ve notified Ofcom of my experience. I have no faith this will be sorted 2moro. Then I’m cancelling. Back to @EE they do it the right way!

Morning @EE my internet is not functioning again. This is the third week in a row. Are your engineers fixing that 4G mast with masking tape? What is the problem? Why does the service keep going down? How can I work with no viable internet connection? Solve this issue, please🙏
