    Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

    @EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

    @EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

    I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @EE Ive just had THE WORST MOST UNCOMFORTABLE CONVERSATION WITH A MEMBER OF YOUR STAFF AND WOULD LIKE IT ESCALATED AND INVESTIGATED. THE MAN WAS VERY INSENSITIVE AND FRANKLY I DONT THINK HES NOT MEANT TO BE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT..

    @EE Thanks but they've not been able to give much info either. I did have a complaint open and got a refund for a month but heard nothing since. Your outage checker just keeps pushing the date back and back.

    @EE No, those specifications are for the legion go non s. I have already raised a complaint about this and about the windows version. Can you state what specifications this model has? For the price you are requesting this should be z2gp, 32gb ram and 1tb ssd. Can you confirm?

    @EE Hi EE, I’m currently in the US and can’t enable roaming because two-step verification tries to send me an SMS (which I can’t receive until roaming is active). Could you please help me get roaming added manually so I can use my phone here? #lol
