    @EE disappointed in the service received. upgraded my phone still not received it dpd saying they never received it from u. U saying u sent it. Customer service saying they will call me back never heard back got cut off. Very angry &thinking of cancelling my contract completely

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @EE sent the router for “repairs”, you said nothing was wrong with it and got the same faulty one back, and now the internet has dropped THREE times today. You really are the worst service provider ever @Ofcom

    @EE Impossible to get through to someone need tech support, but keep getting cut off. And your hold times are absolutely horrendous (have been for months) You charge high prices but service is non existent
