    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    @EE Please feel free to help as I still without mobile data, my payments are all up to date, no SIM cards, unable to activate any eSIMS as it keeps needing to send an activation code, but I have nowhere for it to go to! This is becoming farcical…

    @EE disappointed in the service received. upgraded my phone still not received it dpd saying they never received it from u. U saying u sent it. Customer service saying they will call me back never heard back got cut off. Very angry &thinking of cancelling my contract completely

    My account. Contacted @EE further to see if resolution could be made as no referral letter sent but instead told to FURTHER await email referral. Advisor told contracts will be ended and business taken elsewhere. Wish I never signed with them to begin with. Awful service. AVOID😭

    @EE @BeanoOfficial Don't join or shop with EE. EE added my name and address on contract without taking my consent and requesting payment. EE can't provide copy of contract they pretended I signed. Customer service is not aware of anything Fraud team is not investigating and not providing feedback

    Then encouraged by @EE to raise case with ombudsman. No referral letter sent by @EE as promised for ombudsman and still unwilling to offer any resolution / compensation for not only the incorrect charges but continually charging me after I asked for device to be removed from 2/3
