@EE disappointed in the service received. upgraded my phone still not received it dpd saying they never received it from u. U saying u sent it. Customer service saying they will call me back never heard back got cut off. Very angry &thinking of cancelling my contract completely

@EE Hi, recently I’ve been getting no 4g signal indoors in the Blantyre G72 area. My works phone which is 02 network gets a full signal. Any reason for this. Very frustrating and I may switch to 02 at the end of contract in summer. Thanks

@EE not only is the service and customer service bad they now close a case when we are waiting for there guy who was on holiday last week to contact does this joke of a company ever get anything right

@EE appalling service I cancel my contract and have to wait ages for a code to unlock my phone quick enough to take my money every month a customer of 20 years lost I will not be renewing my other contract

@EE Hi guys, I need some help please. My partner has a new @EE phone but is not getting any support in transferring her current number (which is already an @EE number). She has been a good customer with you and is now being given the runaround. Help would be much appreciated 🙏
