@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE after 20 years of being customers, we have spent 8 hrs on the phone to you this week trying to sort our contracts & change 3 numbers. Bounced from‘advisor’ to ‘advisor’ (and I use that term loosely) and not one of them has sorted the mess. Btw Christmas music does NOT help.

Day 45 in #PhoneGate it's 13:04 already had to reboot the phone 6 times. Communication From @SamsungUK is limited, and Communication from @EE is none existent. It looks like I'm only left with one option. I can't be without service over the holidays.
