@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

@EE Please feel free to help as I still without mobile data, my payments are all up to date, no SIM cards, unable to activate any eSIMS as it keeps needing to send an activation code, but I have nowhere for it to go to! This is becoming farcical…

@EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

@jodie_lugosi @EE Of course they did! Went in store and they couldn’t do anything so was on the phone to customer service for an hour and a half. I was debating moving to Vodafone but didn’t fancy shelling out a fortune to buy out my contract with Christmas round the corner

@JBennett360 @SP_2310 @EE Thought the same as I live HU7 and been down all morning I’m now in HU10 and it’s the same and our lass is in HU17 and it’s the same so gotta be a bigger problem than one mast they’ve not responded to my tweet yet!! Bloody nightmare
