@EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

@EE Please feel free to help as I still without mobile data, my payments are all up to date, no SIM cards, unable to activate any eSIMS as it keeps needing to send an activation code, but I have nowhere for it to go to! This is becoming farcical…

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

Wow, just received an £86 bill from @EE for a £34 plan with a cap. Worst of all it was from a call to the job center after being made unemployed. £45 call?! Way to support the people who are losing their jobs. No help or solution offered when I called. @EE thanks for your help.

@virginmedia Same problem. Spoke to two colleagues who use @EE & having the same issue. Seems to only be on the initial call. When either calls back the issue goes away.
