    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

    .@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

    I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE Not if you live in Walthamstow. You lot told me you removed a cell tower with no date set to replace it. But customer service was good and I was able to leave early without paying any fees

    @EE Seems pretty unanimous to me... you seem to think you're doing a fantastic job and providing quality service, but your customers all disagree... possibly not the comments you expected. FIX THE 4G ACROSS THE UK BEFORE 5G... OH, TOO LATE.

    Went for a phone upgrade and was told that the new phone would be an upgrade over my current one, turns out its a lot slower. Told I would get 5g data, got 4g data. The store said they couldn't do anything to fix this because of the contract. Very disappointed with @EE

    @EE First class customer service from Ottavia & Ollie at the Watford Store today. Incredibly helpful & patient-really happy with my phone upgrade. Please pass on my thanks & positive feedback to them.
