@EE When you discontinue your femtocell service, you are going to lose at least one customer from your @Plusnet arm. I have relied on my femtocell for 12 years as there is no usable signal without walking a hundred yards from my house.

Wow! After over 15 years with @EE I contact to ask how to cancel my contract. No questions about why just instructions to request a puk/pac and how to expect my final bill. So nice to be appreciated for my loyalty! Sky mobile it is then. #eesucks #ee #EE

@EE when you have no signal and EE want to ask every question under the sun instead of just fixing the mast. My account number etc wont resolve the issue!!

@EE Hello, It isn't about 'feeling' that way - what else are we supposed to do? Plusnet said that there are no plans to offer Wi-Fi calling and so there is no choice in the matter - we have to find a network which does. Browsing the Plusnet forum, I imagine that we are not alone.

MD. We’ve never had it so bad. 🇺🇦🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@surfdoctor) reported
@LifeofTimDee @EE It’s absolutely dire and the billing part is equally as awful and clunky. I avoid going on it at all costs. Can’t believe this got through any proper scrutiny by a multibillion quid company like EE.

@EE Given that your average home broadband router has a 192.168.1.x address with a /24 subnet, most broadband will support up to 254 devices, so 100 devices is not really a selling point. Not saying performance would be any good…but it is do-able
