No @EE phone signal at PO4 9-- for over 3 weeks. We've been emailed and told its fixed but it isn't. Can we have a proper update or estimate when the signal will be restored.

@StuartMcGinley @EE Their poor coverage and ever increasing bills was the main reason I jumped ship from @EE a few years ago, after being one of the original #Orange customers back in 1995. Now on a stonking SIM only deal with @VOXI_UK - and a solid #4G signal everywhere

@virginmedia Signal has dropped back down to 1 bar of 4G again, 3 days in a row now. @EE said it was fixed, mind you’ve they’ve said that twice now. #🤥

Never known a company to have such disrespect to customers then @EE you speak to people on the phone and in store. They all say different things, they all lie and they all have no spines to sort **** all out. Honestly feel like cancelling my direct debit to them is my best option

@EE During lockdown was more needed but still not fixed your towers and charged me over £80 a month pretty poor how long before you can fix a tower I kepe getting messages of outtages and fixes yet still bad for the busiest station in the country? @Ofcom

.@EE increasing their mobile contract customer’s prices by 14.4% (the December CPI rate of 10.5% plus another 3.9% on top of that, just because they can). This has not gone unnoticed and *I will* be moving to a different service provider once my current contract has ended

Mobile phone network providers are a racket. Half the time I don’t have 5G signal in the middle of London but @EE deems it necessary to charge me inflation +3.9% extra every March for no apparent reason.

I've had a contract with @EE for years. Never again am I signing up with them! Absolutely shocking customer service and they just seem to be able to raise your bill without and real notification. The want to charge u a 1000 to cancel bcus you don't agree with the rise. Shocking.

@EE I pay for two high contracts accumulating near £170 plus your broadband which is £35 and my contract run out months ago and it strikes me that customer service in this area is pretty disgraceful.
