  • therealianisnew ianisnew (@therealianisnew) reported from Derby, England

@EE I pay £14 a month for unlimited everything on my mobile because I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. I just got an email saying you're putting prices up 18%!? £2.50 a month increase? What is that? 5 times inflation? How is that remotely reasonable?

  • anish96x Nish (@anish96x) reported

Everyday a disappointment with @EE and its signal

  • PaulMalone78972 Paul Malone (@PaulMalone78972) reported

@EE @ee I've tried that, and several other suggested numbers but they're all geared towards EE customers. I'm not a customer. I've now received a letter from a debt recovery agency who, thankfully, are easier to contact than EE

  • hambcwgf Hambcwgf (@hambcwgf) reported

@EE So original complaint filed via telephone on 29/01/26 then online form on 02/02/2026 and heard nothing back!!!! Look into this, as I’ve lost the will to live by calling 150 everyday

  • shauny67 Shaun (@shauny67) reported

@EE @paul_miller78 No mobile phone company has ever guaranteed indoor mobile signal so it's not just EE it's all down to the frequency used. O2 uses low frequency that is great for for outdoors in a straight line. EE uses higher frequency that travels less needing more masts to triangulate

@iamyath @EE Some advise, if the service is this bad now, just get rid, EE is not worth the hassle, trust me. Go to another provider. The service is not fit for purpose.
