@EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE hi, I received my upgrade Tuesday but would like to change the handset (am quite happy with the contract) I emailed on the 3rd but haven’t heard back, bit worried as I know you only get 14 days to change. Is it just easier to cancel everything and start again?

@EE My 86 year old mother gets sold a new smartphone by an EE Shop. She can't work it. Nor could I. No Pin No PUK as not given the card the sim came in. Lovely man on phone could not help. Phone remains locked. Being sent a new sim. Charge 1.50. Really. #EE
