    Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

    @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

    @EE Hi. I haven’t been able to log in to my EE account online the past two days, but can do so using the iOS app. However, I can’t gift data in the app as one of my mobile numbers is not showing up as an option. Is this specific to me, or is it a wider more global EE problem?
