@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

The @RevolutApp seems like a good credit card for someone traveling often between UK and US. But, it's not reliable. For 3 months I've been trying to pay for my @EE mobile using Revolut but the EE website won't accept my Revolut card. Revolut online help has been useless.

@EE awful experience. Manipulativ contracts.unhelpful costumer service. I can’t wait to end my contract, back to @VodafoneUK again. The only reason I got EE was cellular data for now voda phone has it. That would be my second time I’m moving out. And hundred time disappointment.
