@EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

@EE hi,my sim only bill is always £10 so why on earth this month is it £28? Especially after a month of no phone signal Too. And can’t get access to my bill to check it. Thinking of cancelling if this sort of thing happens 😔

Actually, I take that back @ee Promised a phone delivery today that was never even actioned. Another 45mins on the phone today to correct this. Worse still, had to go through ANOTHER upgrade conversation to correct your mistake. Awful.

@EE hi there - we’ve got 2 Apple watches, both under my EE account. We want to upgrade them both but can’t figure out which one belongs to who as the account gives not info on watch colour etc. Only 2 different numbers which don’t help much..

@EE Last three mornings no service in my area. Have missed very important calls! Every day your network checker says engineers are working on it. And today yet again no service. PO38 area. How much longer? Not happy paying for no service.

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE Just thought your top brass should know that I was in your store today at Bloomfields Shopping Centre in Bangor, County Down. I was served by a young woman called Jess. No older than early 20s. Exceptional customer service, patience and knowledge. A really good experience. 👍

@EE I have had emergency situations today, a sick pet and major leak and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to make calls in my local area. I get better signal when I visit third world countries. It’s actually pathetic

The 'visual service' from @EE is pure insanity: You phone them, get a recorded message saying they'll send a link, then it cuts off. You click the link. It opens options on your phone. You select the option you want & it gives you the same number that you've already called! 😵💫
