@EE Last three mornings no service in my area. Have missed very important calls! Every day your network checker says engineers are working on it. And today yet again no service. PO38 area. How much longer? Not happy paying for no service.

@EE I’m trying to resolve a technical issue and your app tells me to call 150. I call and press 1 because your smart system realises that I called earlier and asks if I am calling about the same issue. I am then told that “this office is closed” great.

@EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

@EE every month when I go to pay my bill on the 7th I get told I owe nothing. Then by the 14th it’s gone up with a charge for being late! It’s not fair at all. Especially as I have no service every morning (I have proof)

Super compassion from @SamsungMobile who wouldn’t honour earbuds 2 promo with @EE because although the disabled customer met the conditions and tried daily to claim online - they tell the disabled customer who can’t read - that they can’t help & they should have read the T&C’s

@EE meanwhile service for some went ofline before you left and is still offline. No signal. wondering when service will resume for a communication network which seems to go offline for 6-8 hours on random days, now 2 days in a row.

@EE 7 hours later still no service/ doing a few tests phone might be able to dial 999 seems direct to emergency call mode, i hang up before any connection or dialing but that does seem to work. unable to dial any other number, meanwhile my cousin can. Why is my phone locked out?

@EE our broadband in TN38 area went down at midnight last night. Seeing reports of outages all over the South East I assume a major fault has happened somewhere with the BT network???
