    @EE Well. It was good while it lasted @EE. As of today I cannot send text messages, make or receive calls and no longer receive visual voicemail ie. everything a network is supposed to do. Assume my package has somehow screwed up in the upgrade. Thought too good to be true. ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ก

    @EE having broadband speed issues at home but when I called customer services, the person sounded unsure and asked me to hold whilst they felt with the previous customer issue.

    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised itโ€™s not that itโ€™s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , itโ€™s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    @EE Donโ€™t need to check online I used my phone to check, online it says I can get 5g, but it only ever shows 4g with poor speeds, is this enough reason to leave my contract ?

    @CathyJoslin @EE Are you receiving automated texts from other senders? That's the best test of whether this is a sender-specific issue, or an end-user-specific one. That then dictates the course of action to rectify.
