@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

@EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

@VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?

@EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

@EE I'm hoping someone can help me. I recently bought a phone second hand that is locked to EE. I have rung customer services to get an unlock code only to be told the IMEI number of the phone isn't registered to EE. I have put a EE sim card in to confirm it is an EE phone.

@Lucie84 @EE Ah ok, only other thoughts - with at least one network (can’t remember which) you could get an IMEI added to their db by sticking a PAYG sim in and using it for a few days…I guess also poss it could be locked by an MVNO using EE… Good luck

@EE hello! Could someone possibly explain to me why my 4G never works? It always just says 3G 🙄 I’ve tried turning my phone on and off and everything and nothings changing. Don’t really want to be paying £75 a month for data that doesn’t allow me to use it properly 😓
