  When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

  @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

  @EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

  @EE I'd have expected it to be a case as simple as updating mailing lists the same way you remove my EIN. I don't have the energy to speak with someone over the phone for it, I'll just set all emails from that address to go straight into the deleted items, appreciate the support.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
