@EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻

@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

@EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

@EE lack of services in edgware is beyond diabolical. No Internet access at all in the area unless connected to WiFi. Have to leave the area completely to get service. When is the mast going to be completed? The inconvenience caused is incredible.

I want to leave @EE because I have no signal in the new area I live. Calling EE to leave is impossible. On hold for 37 minutes after speaking to 6 different people, finally got through to someone and my signal cut out! 🤬

Oh FFS. Had my new @SamsungMobile S22+ for one week and it's faulty. Speakers are all crackly and you can hear next to nothing. @EE How do I go about replacing? After a brief google search it seems to be a fairly common problem
