@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE There's definitely a contract clause which will say you can leave if service is subpar which it really is

@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

  • joemiller862 Joe Miller (@joemiller862) reported from Spelthorne District, England

@MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

  • nigelwalsh Nigel Walsh 🙌🏻 (@nigelwalsh) reported

@darrencornish @EE @AskAmex Finally got through. Was asked to fax I through ot them. Fax. I’m living in 2022. Not 1992. Oh god help me. In some ways we have some so far. But in others. We have so far to go

@EE shocking that my father in law who is in his 70’s has been missold a broadband service that is reaching only 4Mb download speed. They say as this is reaching minimum acceptable speed of 2mb nothing they can do!! £20 a month and can’t even use his smart TV. Disgusting.

  • noel_walch Noel Walch (@noel_walch) reported

@EE Still the same issue. Everytime I go to the EE store, online, I try look at any tablet and it directs me to a login screen. If I do login(my only option) , I'm stuck at the add your device screen.

  • natavery Natalie Avery (@natavery) reported

@EE really frustrated mobile broadband not working since last Thursday in Brecon & we are home workers! Network status continues to show 8hrs to fix. No info coming forward.

  • darrencornish darrencornish (@darrencornish) reported

@nigelwalsh @EE It’s endemic now. I know of many outsource contracts where targets on call answering time only trigger once the customer has got through the initial messaging (high volume of calls) and selection of option. A % of customers quit at the cried wolf message so hit target.

  • The_Pop_Stop The Pop Stop Chicken & Shrimp (@The_Pop_Stop) reported

@MarcAllera @EE what a joke been with 121, EE, T-Mobile for over 16years and you can't be bothered to respond to a complaint, to the contrary your "executive team" of whom are incompetent actually diable our sim card "by accident" of which is the emergency contact No 4 our kids!
