    Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    @EE - I’ve been a customer of yours for over a decade, just called to discuss an upgrade and was told the BEST offer I could get is £3 knocked off the monthly cost of a new deal. For a customer of my level of loyalty I’m disgusted at how little that counts for.

    @ee @Ofcom hello. I have been waiting all day for a phone, I called and someone told me me it is out of stock and refused to apologise. I asked to spk to someone more senior, & was told “they were all in meetings”. He has offered no apology & hung up on me. Terrible service

    @EE Hi EE - I am currently on hold (23minutes and counting!) trying to get in contact with you for charging me twice for the £5.99 Britbox complementary subscription. I called twice before the expiry date to ensure this bolt on was removed. Very unhappy with this service!
