@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

@EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

@EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just can’t believe it’s dressing me out , £129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service she’s confused aswel so I don’t know what to do

@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

Sigh. 1 hr+ online chat because @EE had correct address on bill but wrong one for delivering new phone to replace broken one. Only way to correct address? Send A TEXT PIN TO BROKEN PHONE. 🤯😡😭 Surely there is a better way?

@EE Online complaint sent as my EE stopped yesterday while lone working. Chat Help centre did not know why. Wouldnt send me replacement SIM card. Did it myself. Told to go EE shop. In my complaint I have asked how I get my £70 credit back if I leave if not resolved soon. 😡

@EE Hi Tom have e messaged you and sent a complaint anyway. But not happy the solution was to buy another SIM card. Had to rely on strangers phones as I was lone working. Husband not pleased.

@EE was in direct message discussions with Louise LB but she’s gone quiet on me. Really not satisfied with your service. It’s appalling that you can’t get emergency engineers out for days re landline and internet and have left my 82 year old mum with no data on her mobile too 😡
