Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

@EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

@EE Indoor was never great less drops depending on location in home but slow and low bandwidth at times. Ideally @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach just fix it soon but DM anyway as requested if you can check if there's wider issue affecting bandwidth

@EE are there internet problems in Plymouth, Uk currently? I have to hotspot myself to do work at Uni as I can't reach the campus wifi and am unable to work because my phone won't connect to the internet. Been an issue since 0800am this morning.
