    Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

    @EE My wife has the IPhone X. We’ve both been having the “Call failed” happening a lot recently. Both got 2 out of 4 bars signal. Both on EE

    @EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

    @ee have the worst customer service staff man. Just spoke to them about a refund and was given facts that didn't add up by a "manager" Antony from Ireland. Damn, will be calling back to complain tomorrow. Would never, ever go back.

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    @paulsceeny @StopFundingHate @EE Pretty sure they're talking about GIDS here. GIDS was ordered to close down last week by the NHS over safety fears. It's not hateful to want our children to have safe, well-evidenced and researched medical care, and kept away from experimental treatments that sterilise kids.

    @EE I am furious , I have just arrived on holiday I have spent most of today trying to get my roaming to work, I’ve added it on, I cannot get anyone to help 150 dies not work and I cannot call anyone, I need to have my phone active. I will be reconsidering my options

    @EE absolutely disgusting and false advertising from #EE had an offer through on my app saying i can upgrade with early fee taken off ,to be told nope you cant now weve changed the goal posts and you have to carry on paying or pay more again to upgrade. You just lost a customer

    @EE That was 2 days ago. Signal back now, though I’ve just had an auto-update to say a problem has been fixed so it may have been down again today without me noticing. It was down for several days in June, and again in July, for “maintenance”. Irritating! DMs with EE at the time.

    @EE your service is shocking. Took out 4gee router in May. This has never worked. Phoned countless times been disconnected after long periods on hold.Technical team did not phone back. I've asked for the direct debit to be cancelled your going to charge me £368 termination fee!!!
