    Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

    @MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

    @EE #Wellbeing that’s a 😂 I was scammed for > 6 m & during that time not a single statement message I am with V and I get post and other stuff I know I will never get my refund u guys owe me at least >400£ do the r thing admit I was gullible #EEstay away

    @EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE #customer don’t fall for “good morning and all that rubbish “we care I don’t think so trust me I got ripped off and they (EE)don’t even acknowledge fact that I was ripped off months after months. Stay away and go for Vodaphone or even lyca. P😎

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

    Suffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom

    @EE I took out a sim only plan two years ago, and paid £21 a month. Next month, my bill will increase to over £30 with no better quality of service, no benefits, nothing. Always happy to help out struggling companies though and pay my fair share - how much did EE lose this year?

    @EE Phone shop robberies.1. Member of ttaff leave by front door LOCK FRONT from outside and Staff leave by back doors and Lock Thieves in. Front get whatever thieves use BIKES and disable them .Let down tyres . DO NOT STAND THERE AND FILM ON YOUR MOBILE. i DON'T WANT AN UPGRADE

    @EE That’s garbage! Since I took out my contract in July 2021 my monthly bill will have increased by 25% come April! Great way to alienate customers! I can get a sim only deal with @tescomobile for £14 a month for unlimited data, texts & calls! I wonder why I would stay with EE? 🤔

    @JenboLFC @EE I been with Ee nearly 20 years snd they charged me £20 for a sim only deal. A deal matched by 2/3 less. Buy then ee matched the £7 a month sim deal. If u think its gets better the longer ur a customer, it doesn't. They keep continuing 2 rip u off

    .@EE increasing their mobile contract customer’s prices by 14.4% (the December CPI rate of 10.5% plus another 3.9% on top of that, just because they can). This has not gone unnoticed and *I will* be moving to a different service provider once my current contract has ended
