    @EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

    @EE No response. No point!! @EE u r the worst. Out of contract now so best thing to do will be to leave since u can’t get your act together.

    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?

    @EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

    @MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

    Hello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @EE Still receiving the slowest reception for many years. My work phone on ID is much faster. I don’t get 4G never mind 5G. Twitter clips buffering, Facebook clips buffering. Too frustrating to bother. Lots of network envy.

    @EE It should have dropped down drastically. Why would I pay £69 for 100GB and unlimited minutes? That’s easily £20-£25 on sim only which is what my contract now becomes as I’ve paid off the phone. I was waiting for the new Iphone to come out next month but I will not be doing that
