I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

Did that, now when I try to sign in it asks me to include my mobile number, when I do this it states that my number is already linked to an account and I can't use the app. Why?

Harri (@ShockHorrorHari) reported@EE someone explain to me why my DD has been cancelled? Just had letter asking for 100+ quid and just tried to call out yet my account has been barred. Balance now paid but not happy this has happened! Continued issue since upgrading few months back.
