And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! reena (@desikuri09) reported@EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didnโt work , couldnโt call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !
