This is shambolic. So open reach have to install fibre cable and set everything up before the pensioner can cancel?

Told by your customer services that you donโt want and that itโs down to me to dispose of it (โor keep itโ). Thatโs very wasteful. And assumes that Iโm responsible for recycling Any comment?
