Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

  • running_gooner
Brian Russell (@running_gooner) reported from Wokingham, England

@EE waiting for over 10 mins and still waiting to speak to customer services is not good enough especially as only moved to EE today ๐Ÿ˜ก

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.

  • bensmithuk
Ben Smith (@bensmithuk) reported from Bentley, England

@kevwright @richardcyates @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @O2 The switch worked OK for menin the end. Inneed to write it up. Room for improvement but not terrible.

  • Lyndseydwalker
Lyndsey Rolfe (@Lyndseydwalker) reported from Wokingham, England

@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising itโ€™s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

  • nurburgsteve
Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee

  • Ray32200186
RAY of sunshine (@Ray32200186) reported from Winkfield, England

@EE No problem I understand youโ€™re probably busy! Iโ€™ve sorted it now thanks I ended up moving back to Vodafone after several flailed attempts to upgrade.

  • HarveyWelch
Harvey (@HarveyWelch) reported from Wokingham, England

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE There's definitely a contract clause which will say you can leave if service is subpar which it really is

  • Williams_i_am1
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

@EE Yes if might boost it, but it isn't EE providing that service! Unless they fancy paying for my wifi to support it

  • PeterBa82304711
    Peter Baker, MA. ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England

@ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

  • Lilac_Dragonfly
TheLilacDragonfly@Rozel๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ช (@Lilac_Dragonfly) reported from Alton, England

@EE It was used last in August, itโ€™s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

@EE Why is he getting involved again ? The man is a woke idiot. @GarethSouthgate

  • BlastItBle8chy
    Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported

@SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.

  • StupidNeilAgain
    Neil (@StupidNeilAgain) reported

@ClarityClack @EE Thatโ€™s what I did in the end. Theyโ€™re really good when you reach someone, the automated menu is crap

  • PeterSe38295412
    Pete Searle (@PeterSe38295412) reported

@EE So the promised phone call betweem 1pm & 2pm didnt materialise. Proper shoddy customer service. No one at your company in customer service deserves to be described as excellent.

  • PeterSe38295412
    Pete Searle (@PeterSe38295412) reported

@EE Excellent customer service!!! Yeah right. Im sure the ombudsman will be interested to know how you guys treat your customers

  • cryptoesim
    CryptoeSIM.io (@cryptoesim) reported

@Anarchy_Jim @status_is_down @EE carrier roaming going down while you're abroad is genuinely nightmare fuel pro tip for next time โ€” grab a local eSIM as a backup before you fly. takes 30 seconds, no passport scan, and you're never stranded like this again

  • fred6279
    Fred (@fred6279) reported

@untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.

  • RichardBentall
    Richard Bentall #FBPE @richardbentall.bsky.social (@RichardBentall) reported

@EE @EE further to this, I asked your complaints team to cancel the upgrade on my son's account - I do not want to be stuck on a new 24 mo contract so I can consider my options. They said they'd do it; then I received an email saying I had to go to the store; then the store refused.
