Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England@ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.
-
Badly Drawn Byron (@Bjsfreaked) reported from Farnborough, England@EE having broadband speed issues at home but when I called customer services, the person sounded unsure and asked me to hold whilst they felt with the previous customer issue.
-
Lyndsey Rolfe (@Lyndseydwalker) reported from Wokingham, England@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.
-

-
Peter Baker, MA. 🇬🇧 🇮🇱 🇺🇦 #WeRemember (@PeterBa82304711) reported from Reading, England@ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !
-
Charu Malhotra (@cm_charu) reported from Wokingham, EnglandPlease help, with some compassion @EE team , dealing with our grief is being made worse by your bureaucracy
-

Tom (@Para_Tom999) reported from Camberley, England@EE terrible shame that despite years of loyalty, you’re unwilling to match deals from O2 and @VodafoneGroup on my upgrade. Looks like it’s time to change provider!

The levels of customer service are at a new low
-
⚫️ ElleQat (@BaroqueChic) reported@EE I’ve checked the app & I can’t find a ‘live chat’ option; it just diverts me via various irrelevant subjects to either ‘in-store’ help (useless; I’m housebound) or “ask the community”. Don’t you take responsibility as a company for your own lack of security? #BadCustomerService
