    @EE Yes if might boost it, but it isn't EE providing that service! Unless they fancy paying for my wifi to support it

    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    @EE Good morning Helen. They fixed the problem, the issue is I never contracted a second line but apparently was paying for it for months, money Iโ€™ll never see back of courseโ€ฆ

    It's like @EE doesn't want me to pay my bill errors everytime I make a payment tried multiple cards all with more than enough in the account to pay it even the online chat to speak to someone isn't working

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didnโ€™t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but Iโ€™m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. Iโ€™m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    @SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.

    @ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

    @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesnโ€™t work

    I canโ€™t believe that in this day and age @EE is allowed to offer such atrocious broadband services. Good luck if you can even speak to customer service and if you do they are utter useless and incompetent Canโ€™t even get basic things right. @EE you should be ashamed of yourselves

    @EE ee says they the best network lol a joke now our Internet is down home phone line down permanently and we are both vulnerable people's and I can't do my job as I work from home..

    *yawn* Currently on hold with @EE...6th ๐Ÿ“ž call 2day but it's still early. When there system runs well its grand & I have zero issues but trying to solve a problem is wretched. I have repeated 6+ time 2day "as a deaf person of over 2 years now...emailing might be a better option

    I got the iPhone Air. Had to swap to pay monthly for eSIM only, 50p cheaper. But the eSIM didn't hop over. So now I have no phone line. Fraud prevention due to one fail. Modern tech eh? @EE
