  @MarcAllera @EE Have you switched off permanently the 3g signal boxes now? WiFi calling isn't working properly, especially when the phone connects to 1* 4g bar that will not allow data or the other party to hear the call. U keep sending "We are aware of issues where you live" sms

  @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

  @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

  Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

  @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE TV more expensive than the subscription channels. And you can’t Cancel for 24months! In brief I have EE TV. Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

  I’m trying to talk to someone at @EE as my phone is not receiving calls, but every time I try to do so I get a text message promising to call me back to discuss the problem! I can’t but help think there’s a flaw in that process? @Ee can you please DM me with a number I can ring
