I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

Have turned Router off and on twice no difference a lot of other people in our area are having similar problems, HS2 9ER. I messaged help yesterday, not come back to me. Unhappy
