    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    @EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

    @EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why can’t they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

    @bt_uk @EE my broadband router has a known issue in that the power cable develops a fault and you lose broadband until it’s replaced. Is there a reason you don’t tell your customers what you know so they don’t lose their internet for 2 days and without compensation?

    £208 fines “accidentally” a complete mess and not once have I had access to a manger. Always too busy or in a meeting yet I’ve been promised one on numerous occasions. I terrible service all round. @bt_uk @EE please feel free to look at recorded phone calls for evidence.

    @EE Hiya, I’m waiting for an order to be delivered today, the one hour time slot has passed and the parcel didn’t turn up. Tried to look at the tracking but DPD’s website seems to be down. Any idea what’s going on please?

    @EE Cheers, apparently I have the ‘green light problem’ which means I need a new power supply for the router. As the router doesn’t work, The hybrid connect can’t do its thing either. So it’s wait for a new power supply!

    @razzberry11 @EE I rang 150 and they couldn’t really do much to help unfortunately as DPD’s systems are down entirely so EE can’t access it from their end either to see where the parcel is. They said it could be the system being down causing the delay, but basically to keep checking the tracking.

    @EE whats going on in WA3 area - no signal again. Every day this last week the signal has gone at some point and for a significant period of time. So no calls, no Internet, cant contact the kids, they cant contact me..... what am I paying for????
