@EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

@EE Both, can't get the fastest broadband despite being told we could. Engineer came out to install it and said the person who sold us it was talking rubbish and should never have offered it to us as it wasn't available in our area.

@EE Mobile coverage is patchy at best where I live. Where I work there is no signal at all and can't make or receive calls. My office is on the edge of Aberdeen so not even a rural area. Been told before by advisor's the system says it should work perfectly. Can guarantee it doesn't
