    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    @EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

    @EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why can’t they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    @EE you recently made improvements to the service around Shrewsbury and shropshire. Is there any chance of going back to how it was before. The service is diabolical. No full signal anywhere. Data service drops out consistently. It’s absolutely terrible.

    @EE please tell all your customers that you don’t have the necessary parts to fix their phone before you charge them and then take the phone apart. Seems I must be the only person in the UK that has Samsung and is affected by a “global parts” shortage? Surely you knew beforehand

    @EE Thanks. I just wondered if there was any actual plans to improve the signal in the OX29 area? Wifi calling is great but not when a client calls me direct and I have no signal. I just get a missed call message an hour later ☹
