    @EE My wife has the IPhone X. We’ve both been having the “Call failed” happening a lot recently. Both got 2 out of 4 bars signal. Both on EE

    Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    Took a 15 minute call with @EE to get an upgrade but nearly an hour to get a replacement for the broken phone they sent me🙄

    @ee why do I have to call to get my PAC and have now been on hold for 15+ minutes? I appreciate you're experiencing a high volume of calls today but wouldn't automation help with this?

    @EE having broadband speed issues at home but when I called customer services, the person sounded unsure and asked me to hold whilst they felt with the previous customer issue.

    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    @EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    @EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

    @EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @EE why is always the last year of a contract and network goes to crap. The new pro always promise the network is going to get better so people get a new contract with you when you’re talking absolutely nonsense.?

    @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

    @aftertheflood_ @EE i’m a new customer too (day one for me!) thankfully set up the main hub before it went down, but can’t set up the main hub in the bed rooms as app been down all day and i need the app! not a good start i must admit

    @EE if you’re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.
