@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

@Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

been using these 2 gammy as hell mobile wifi devices for 8 months now and we've had to rely on our (supposedly worse signal + much cheaper) phone hotspot from 3 pretty much the entire time. @EE were totally reliable before i locked myself into this 2 year contract, naturally..

Problems with home BB again @EE Signal dropping out and in since 17:55. Same as last time, and no info on planned maintenance or known faults to be found anywhere. I'm thinking of leaving already as you're pulling the TV service
