@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

Hello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.

@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

later the shop admitted their mistake, as this was the old policy but said they have no compensation scheme and said to go online to try and get one. Customer service phoneline was horrendous with waiting times and just told us to go to the shop @EE

@EE it was an absolute pleasure speaking with your managers today. I was really impressed that they get really defensive and try really hard to not help a paying customer. I think it would be so much easier if they actually tried to help. Absolutely useless.
