    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE is there a way to find out if my phone has been dispatched or not? I ordered it on Friday but there was a 'mismatch' so I contacted customer service yesterday. A new one was ordered & my email had expected delivery date of today but on the site it's now saying dispatch...

    @EE @MarcAllera @rootmetrics BT upgraded my new iPhone11 mobile to EE. BT stated better deals apparently🤔 Signal is appalling. Still having to use my old BT iPhone7. Fabulous signal. Had new EE iPhone11 a week. Old phone number has still not moved over. NOT happy. I now have a contract and unable to leave
