When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

Jon Pepper (@JonMagicman) reported@EE Hey Craig. It's all downstairs and most of upstairs. I get better speeds, around 16mb, when the phone is in our room on our bed. Other than that, it's pretty poor. I'm sure the cell site is fairly close too. 🤔
