What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

Couldn’t possibly have completed transaction any quicker. Rubbish service from EE that they can’t even advise if you’re on the ‘successful’ list or not - ‘Wait and see’ isn’t acceptable advice.

Darren Mallinson (@dazza12) reportedFurther issues with @bt_uk and also @EE now. There's a discount available if you have BT broadband and an EE mobile account. Listed in T&Cs as BT Broadband. Agent says it's only available for BT Halo 3+ customers. No such restrictions are in the T&Cs.
