EE Issues Reports Near Queensbury, England

-
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England
@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?
-
Meg Crozier (@megancroz) reported from Huddersfield, England
@EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?
-
Chrissy (kyleorchid) (@kyleorchid) reported from Guiseley, England
@EE hi no Internet in LS19! Is there a problem ?
-
Roberto. (@Rdickinson1987) reported from Leeds, England
@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time
-
Mark Young (@marksela) reported from Leeds, England
And now because of @O2 I am being treated like crap by @EE You’re all as bad as each other!! Any better #phonenetworks out there?
-
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England
@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

Viking Wayne #RallyTheCreed (Captain Redbeard) (@Viking_Wayne84) reported from Rochdale, England
@EE sort your top up website out. Been trying to top up my mobile broadband data for over an hour now, and every single time I get errors saying it can't be completed 😡
-
Chrissy (kyleorchid) (@kyleorchid) reported from Guiseley, England
@EE no network in LS19??
-
JonathanDoidge (@JonathanDoidge) reported from Guiseley, England
@EE very poor service tonight... #why
-
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England
@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!
-
Craig Sunderland (@sunderlandc) reported from Southowram, England
@EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.
-
hamzA (@HxmzaN15) reported from Bradford, England
@EE trying to charge me 2 months for taking a new contract without informing me when I took it out after being with them for 3 years and never doing this. What an absolute joke
-
Craig Barlow (@CraigBarlow) reported from Rochdale, England
@EE is your App and website log in down?
-
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England
@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!
-
ARob (@ade_robertson) reported from Bingley, England
@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland
-
Ruth Farrell (@Ruthlisaellis) reported from Meltham, England
Whats happening with the EE network? I've had no coverage for two days now?! #EE #phonenetwork @EE
-

EE worst provider ever @EE
-
Alex Mitchell (@AlMitchell89) reported from Bradford, England
@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?
-
Nick Vidamour (@nickvidamour) reported from Bradford, England
@EE Will it work with your network though????
-

Hi, @EE is there an email address that I can send a complaint to? It’s not going to fit into 500 words, and I really don’t feel like being on the phone to you *yet again*! Thanks
-

@EE Hi I've just been able to get through now. I'm on hold now while the call handler talks to someone more senior to try and resolve the issue. Thank you.

@EE I don't think I have ever experienced such bad customer service from anywhere like I have today with you. Having to correct the people on the chat with actual English because their messages don't make sense! Disgusting
-
Abubakr Sidiq (@ASidiq_PH1) reported
Can anyone explain why I get a voicemail notification every time I go through a tunnel. I imagine it has something to do with losing mobile service but not sure why that would trigger a voicemail notification #techtwitter @EE
-
shirley anderson (@shizanderson10) reported
@EE Yes, mobile data is on and roaming data is on. Have tried turning the phone off and on again and it still doesn’t work despite showing a full signal.
-
bernard woodworth (@bernardwoodwor1) reported
@EE are your phone lines to ring the customer service not working as it won't connect me....

@EE your service is 🗑.
-
mererid m williams (@mereridmair) reported
If you are an @EE customer and they try and get you to 'upgrade' to @bt_uk for no extra cost - DON'T or check what tariff they're moving you to. Chances are you're being fobbed off with inferior broadband without realising it.
