@EE whatever happens to your legendary customer service? We’ve reported a billing problem many times, double charging for over a year, still not resolved despite many phone call, then get an email to say my complaint was closed when it wasn’t.

@EE I haven’t n i keep sending pac to 65075 i have been on a sim only deal but thing’s have happened out of my control. I just wish EE would send me the pac code cos my contract is up on 8/10/26 i already paid this months bill I didn’t have any issue leaving @tescomobile 2 yrs ago!

@EE Hello. New contract imposed without requisite advice or info. Customer Service hopeless on Monday and earlier today when I spent AN HOUR on phone. No complaint ref given. Wrong text confirmation. Manager call back was set for 12.30 pm today. No call back. Had to call AGAIN to find out situation. Really abysmal.

@EE I had a very poor experience with your upgrade team, the person made no effort to keep a 15 yrs customer and when I mentioned I should be looking elsewhere for better offers even rudely offered to provide me with the PAC code. Shame I didnt get the survey SMS I'd marked zero

@jesstyena1 @EE It really is! I just think it’s disgusting to advertise it as “expect delivery on launch day” when in reality, the probably always knew it wouldn’t get to most people on launch… it’s infuriating. I’ve also had the issue with not being able to access tracking
