  • northernstock2 Kimberley Stock (@northernstock2) reported from Huddersfield, England

@EE Am appalled I reported our broadband down 2 days ago and today I finally get assistance through your freephone no:0800 0795686 but then I'm made to pay for the text service youtold me I have to use?? Why??

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

  • Rdickinson1987 Roberto. (@Rdickinson1987) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

  • JonathanDoidge JonathanDoidge (@JonathanDoidge) reported from Guiseley, England

@EE very poor service tonight... #why

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • ade_robertson ARob (@ade_robertson) reported from Bingley, England

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

  • SGiangregorio Sarah Giangregorio (@SGiangregorio) reported from Bradford, England

  • HxmzaN15 hamzA (@HxmzaN15) reported from Bradford, England

@EE trying to charge me 2 months for taking a new contract without informing me when I took it out after being with them for 3 years and never doing this. What an absolute joke

  • nickvidamour Nick Vidamour (@nickvidamour) reported from Bradford, England

@EE Will it work with your network though????

  • sunderlandc Craig Sunderland (@sunderlandc) reported from Southowram, England

@EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • rache63985893 rache (@rache63985893) reported from Honley, England

    @MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Rude

@EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

  • AlMitchell89 Alex Mitchell (@AlMitchell89) reported from Bradford, England

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

  • barstreetz 💨Âj (@barstreetz) reported from Halifax, England

    EE worst provider ever @EE

  • lrolles1981 Laura The Scorer (@lrolles1981) reported

Morning @EE can you help? I am on holiday and only way EU roaming. But when I sent a message to 150 with ROAMEU the message back is that Europe and rest of the world roaming has been enabled! I don't want that, just EU

  • becca_milton Becca Milton (@becca_milton) reported

@EE It’s about being overcharged since January so I guess billing/accounts. Have had two advisors say they’d sort the refund and would get back to me, but they never do.

  • Gianluca73190 Gianluca 🇺🇦☮️ (@Gianluca73190) reported

Whenever I’m abroad, it is impossible to receive authentication messages, and when they do, they arrive late and the copy of the same message arrives 5 times per day, sometimes even more. Very frustrating, this is the second time that I’m having major issues because of it. @EE

  • Adam49967554 Adam (@Adam49967554) reported

@EE can you please tell me why I was charged £21.29 to call EE customer services from my EE mobile? Not impressed and this is NOT customer service.

  • pwel11 Paul Welham (@pwel11) reported

Hey @EE when we're on interminable hold to get some customer service, it's really annoying getting told by some recording every 30 seconds how busy you are. Just once will do.

  • M1X3Dniall Niall McDonagh (@M1X3Dniall) reported

@EE You are selling a service , why does Joe bloggs get the exact same service for £17 a month cheaper ? I have been with EE a long time if it was a couple of pounds wouldn't really mind , but 17 quid is a joke yous are milking loyal customers who are trapped #UK'snumber1swindlers

  • ashforth_emma Emm Ashforth (@ashforth_emma) reported

@EE Would sign up to EE if the signal from you was stronger.

  • MBudzewski Marcin Budzewski (@MBudzewski) reported

@EE I bought it directly through BT Sport Box Office. EE let me down again. I'm fine.

  • bookcadaver v i n (@bookcadaver) reported

@EE is there an issue with broadband? Cant seem to get it to work right now.

  • GoonerMU . (@GoonerMU) reported

@MartynJohnston @EE It's crazy how people get ripped off by mobile contracts. If you can't buy without a contract, you should revaluate your spending. For a mid range, you end up spending 24*31+50=£794. You can buy for £239 if you return any crappy/broken phone from Samsung. Leaves you with a 4gb
