I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

Photo man (@ach59) reported@EE The problem is not the broadband at the router, that’s fine,it’s the degradation of signal from 600 mbs at router to zero (literally) despite EE assurance that four EE WiFi extenders would ‘do the job’ - not even close & the engineer didn’t even bother to look round the house
