    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    @EE I get very slow 4g where i am. My son's Vodafone coverage is always better yet I would prefer to stay with what I know. Can't happen with current offers

    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @MrsC985 @EE If I were going where I'd never gone before, I'd take a paper map of the area. Belt and braces. But then, I'm an old fogey, and I can read maps. I suspect that youngsters today would be a bit stuck (to say the least) were we to have a solar flare that knocked out our telecoms...

    @EE Then why do I still have ZERO signal on all 3 of my devices in my household?!!!!! Day 3 of a total blackout -- no internet, no mobile signal, unable to work, unable to make basic calls. The UK's most reliable network? Pfff, yeah right... #Hypocrisy
