Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

@EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

@EE we’re still having problems with 5G in #CrystalPalace #Penge area this morning - routers and so on have been restarted - I was told by you at 9.39am this morning the problem has been fixed but it clearly hasn’t been.

@SkyUK, so here's a little secret people need to know! sky boxes won't work with @EE broadband modems being hardwired via ethernet cable, not just @EE! other IP's aswell, this is fact. They dont want to you know this and want you to buy there sky stream as an easy fix.

@EE customer of 21 years and never had a reason to switch providers until being told today my permanent customer loyalty discount has been removed (with no reason given) and if I want to leave it’s a really simple process. What happened to appreciating loyal customers? Shocking.
