Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

@EE After my 94 year old father's phone broke, which is on a Contract with EE, I sent my partner in with note for a micro SIM, instead he was sold a new 2 yr contract, complained to customer service, told go to store where they tried telling I had no right cancel, DISGUSTING!!

@EE so I’m thinking of joining you in November cuz I’m sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s unreliability. I use my phone hotspot a LOT with my unlimited data. Is there any limit to what I can use my data for with my phone hotspot on your network? I don’t have broadband which is why I use it
