  Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

  Love how I pay a small fortune to @EE and still have shocking broadband and have to hot-spot my phone..one day off I get and can't have two items on at the same time. Done the checks, had new router and engineer visit still crap. How hard can it be to get what you pay for

  @EE When you assure your customers that you will be contacted within 72 hours. Why does it never happen? I have been mistreated , miss sold items, offered a refund and yet still not revived months later! Disgraceful
