  @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

  The worst customer experience of my@life with @EE today. Phone ordered last week with next day delivery still not arrived. Appointment with store manager to resolve ignored as he wasn’t in today and upgrade unable to be processed due to order being lost in the system!! Fuming

  @EE I waited one day and no one came to pickup and just said sorry. And want to come another day and time slot is 9am to 5pm. What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day 🤔🤔🤔

  @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?
