@EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

@EE Hi. Due the the surge of family working from home and using our bandwidth, my mobile often fails to connect, so I've switched off my mob wifi to use my mobile data. Unfortunately the EE signal, even outside, is too weak to browse and even voice only, often breaks up. Help!

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

@EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

Still paying for a phone contract that is absolutely ****. Maintenance in the area has been sorted yet I’ve still not had more than 2 bars of signal for the past 2/3 months. @EE

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

@EE I have just wasted my time with someone DJ on a DM and are absolutely useless what happened to your customer service I have in front of me that bill that did not get paid last month, because it did not come to mty email, trying to send a pin number to a wifi box not my phone

@EE is it fair that I pay 27 GBp and still I don’t get network at so many places? U charge for 5G service but hardly 5G network is available anywhere. I was ok for first 6 months as I was using colleague offer but I am very disappointed now. #whythereisnocustomerservice

Soooo @EE I think I’ve made a mess out of setting up my number as an eSIM and now my physical sim is gone and no service on the apparently “activated” eSIM, so can’t get any codes etc. How do I go about fixing this?

Anyone else finding @EE has shocking WiFi connectivity issues at the moment? Can't connect to my router half the time, and for some reason for the last 3 or 4 days, my mobile data just doesn't work despite full signal????
