I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

Appointment with store manager to resolve ignored as he wasn’t in today and upgrade unable to be processed due to order being lost in the system!! Fuming

What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.
