Pete Searle (@PeterSe38295412) reported@EE Apparently thats already been done, but it hasnt. My broadband speed has been diabolical for over a year. I raised this in February this year. Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....
-
🅿️ (@Imran999_Khan) reported@EE I’ve already taken action by putting in the complaint. It’s EE’s duty to investigate and inform me of the outcome. You closed the case, you can re-open it and get back to me.
-
Cwtch-22🏴🇺🇦 (@KevKevles1974) reported@EE we have all our devices with you. This week we have tried to upgrade our home service and so far we have had no internet access for over 3 days. Current cost to ourselves is £3k. We have had 3 ‘engineers’ out, all of which say it is nothing to do with them.
-
Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported@SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.
-
Json (@Stuff1646) reported@sarkeycockney @EE They have done that on purpose to spin the wheels on ice so you won't get nowhere, If you're still getting nowhere with this clown show of a provider then best contacting Citizens advice and going down that route to have it solved, I think.
-
quietcacophony (@cacophanyofcow) reported@EE your app is just awful. I was about to buy hundreds of pounds worth of kit but have given up. It is always so slow, glitchy etc. I actually tried numerous times to get to check out and just cba now.
-
George Wheeler (@GeorgeHWheeler) reportedOrdered a new phone with @EE for DPD to deliver today… driver turned up, snapped a pic from his van and drove off, said he’d left a calling card, hasn’t. What kind of service is this? £1,000 worth of phone now sitting with them, what’s the bet it’ll go missing now?
-
Sam Evans💙🚜 (@SamEvans336) reported@EE roaming has gone down pls sort it out
-
Richard Baker (@BakeronBusiness) reported@EE Today’s the day when I’m being switched over to you from Plusnet. My internet service has indeed been switched off by Plusnet…but I’ve had no email from you about when and how to connect my new hub. Can you help?
-
Json (@Stuff1646) reported@jpwhutv @EE I'd recommend ditching @EE for another provider. They charge arm 'n' leg and provide no value to the customer.
