Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

You obviously have internal estimates because you won’t just have engineers hanging around until it’s safe, they’ll be reallocated. I think it’s time you give me the compensation for the 6 months I never claimed.

Russ Michaels (@RussMichaels) reported@EE @emzee2908 I believe I found the cause. After I changed the password, the app on my wifes phone was obviously still trying to login with the old password. I assume this was causing too many faile dlogin attempts and also locking me out as well.
