  • AlMitchell89 Alex Mitchell (@AlMitchell89) reported from Bradford, England

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

  • JonathanDoidge JonathanDoidge (@JonathanDoidge) reported from Guiseley, England

@EE very poor service tonight... #why

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • gbmcfc GLENN (@gbmcfc) reported from Leeds, England

@EE sort your signal out between Leeds n Huddersfield..... ****

  • northernstock2 Kimberley Stock (@northernstock2) reported from Huddersfield, England

@EE Am appalled I reported our broadband down 2 days ago and today I finally get assistance through your freephone no:0800 0795686 but then I'm made to pay for the text service youtold me I have to use?? Why??

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

  • SGiangregorio Sarah Giangregorio (@SGiangregorio) reported from Bradford, England

@mrsimonwaldron @padoir @EE Didn’t get any further but will try an online complaint. I have all mine up until October. It’s the ones after that I need!

  • rache63985893 rache (@rache63985893) reported from Honley, England

    @MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Rude

  • HxmzaN15 hamzA (@HxmzaN15) reported from Bradford, England

@EE trying to charge me 2 months for taking a new contract without informing me when I took it out after being with them for 3 years and never doing this. What an absolute joke

  • WayneHanley Wayne Hanley (@WayneHanley) reported from Wibsey, England

@EE awe need your help my wife moved her number over the last couple of days and lost her voice mails this is the only only thing we had with her mums voice in that recently passed away please please can you help us retrieve them? I’ll pay? #Help #Family #begging

  • Rdickinson1987 Roberto. (@Rdickinson1987) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

  • ade_robertson ARob (@ade_robertson) reported from Bingley, England

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

  • barstreetz 💨Âj (@barstreetz) reported from Halifax, England

    EE worst provider ever @EE

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

  • megancroz Meg Crozier (@megancroz) reported from Huddersfield, England

@EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • nickvidamour Nick Vidamour (@nickvidamour) reported from Bradford, England

@EE Will it work with your network though????

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RichDouthwaite Richard Douthwaite ★ (@RichDouthwaite) reported

@EE I appreciate that but there seems to be at least one significant outage in this village every month, that's not even close to acceptable. I'll be switching to a more reliable supplier as soon as my contract is finished.

  • albanianstokie Tony Bailey (@albanianstokie) reported

@EE It is clear that there is a very large customer backlash against your enormous and cruel price hike. Does the business have any plan to address customer dissatisfaction and attempt to rebuild customer confidence in the company?

  • JonFoxall1 #WHUFC Foxall 🇺🇦 (@JonFoxall1) reported

@EE Hello, Could someone DM me with some help I need please?

  • Denes_DD Denes 💙 (@Denes_DD) reported

Just signed up for home broadband with @EE Anyone got any feedback? Seeing loads of bad reviews online has made me think I've just made a massive mistake.

  • _CLChapman_ Charlotte Chapman (@_CLChapman_) reported

Hi @EE currently abroad (in France) and can’t connect to any French networks. Data roaming is switched on on my phone. All the support articles say to text ROAMING to 150 but of course that won’t work from here. Please help! 🙏

  • lili_floras LF (@lili_floras) reported

@EE Not really, you weren’t. Not about 14.4%. If Virgin Media is doing the same, allowing the clients to terminate their contracts without early exit fees, in light of the awful price increases, I assume EE customers have the same option??

  • yanic1965 Iain Morrison (@yanic1965) reported

Received letter from @EE telling me my bill is going up 14.4% inflation plus 3.9% shamelessly exploiting people tied to contracts, corporate racketeering at it's worst, really tempted to tell them where to shove their contract after 23 years

  • kaitmilligan kaitlin (@kaitmilligan) reported

@EE im a new customer but i’m going to be switching the minute i can because i was misinformed when signing up and now i can’t even buy a phone from you when mine broke because of “the system”

  • markuk87 Mark W (@markuk87) reported

@EE Hi, I sent a dm yesterday morning about an issue but haven't heard back.

  • deanspread Deano (@deanspread) reported

@EE taking the absolute piss with their price increases. Say goodbye to a loyal customer with 5 devices.
