I suffer from anxiety and this sort of thing stresses me out. Please sort this out. Thank you.

Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

-
Adam Whiteley (@arw84) reported from Wakefield, England@EE @MBowater So everyone should expect 14% extra speed and data then if you are investing to increase from your current customer base. More like top bosses in for a bumper bonus.
-
ARob (@ade_robertson) reported from Bingley, England@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

-
Sarah (@JoviGirl_1980) reported from Greetland, England@EE hi, I've transferred my number onto a different network as from today. Do I need to do anything to cancel with you??

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Create Action (Alan) 🎯 (@CreateActionLtd) reported@EE I raise a complaint with you as you clearly can't look after my data. You send me 2 emails to say a complaint has been raised. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.
-
Peter Jordan (@jordanpaj) reported@EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE As I've said, I've already tried around 20 times, and I've already said this 150 simply doesn't work, hence cannot be a legitimate number. How many more times must I try?? If one has to have a mobile contract with EE than this would explain it.
-
Universe 25 ⚠️ (@Cynicicide) reported@GillRaeWalker @LeilaniDowding @EE My elderly parents were forced onto fibre by BT. Now they can't guarantee being able to phone for assistance during a power cut. Had to get new mobiles because 3G was turned off yet I work in parts of the country with no signal at all.
-
Hurry Up Harry (@jonesxxx) reported@EE The only thing worse than "hold music", is hold music chosen by some twenty something experience specialist. You're never gonna please everyone so why not just have some bland background stuff rather than these bloody yodelling trendies?
-
MK 🇬🇧 (@mk_hostile17) reported@GillRaeWalker @LeilaniDowding @EE Conventional PSTN is being shut down. Conventional landlines are now delivered over your broadband connection. Your conventional telephone plugs in to the router and voice calls are digital Broadband connection may be fixed wireless access but this has got nothing to do with WiFi
-
Theophilus “Forensic” Wildebeest 🥦 (@PWildebest) reported@FreddieJoh96174 @LeilaniDowding @EE Nope same issue as WiFi- router needs to be plugged into electricity
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
VisionsofGold (@VisionsofGold) reportedSo @ee after calling 150 the answer is no. 18 years of customer loyalty gets you nothing. Couldn't even waive the early upgrade fee. A real shame. Better to wait until the end of the contract and leave? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp
-
Tim Maunder (@RebelTim) reported@EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.
