-
Anthony Sheridan Neil ll (@AnthonyNumamoid) reportedHaving a slight problem with my @EE Phone contract, I had to change my number but forgot to add the new number to my @EE profile now it is only sending verification codes to my old number so I can’t access my contract details. Already dialled 150 but it didn’t help.
-
Richard Bentall #FBPE @richardbentall.bsky.social (@RichardBentall) reportedHi @EE your customer service is ****. All I wanted was an upgrade to my iphone and you've wasted 5 hours of my time (3 store visits, an application via the app, and a long chat this morning). You can't process my order because of an IT fault that you don't know how to fix.
-
Mike Wright (@Baron_Flumpy) reportedAmen to this. There is also now practically no point in 4G if your phone doesn't find a 5G signal. I can't even make calls when connected to @EE's 5G when sat in my living room when I used to be able to.
-
Jon Techilovsky (@jontechilovsky) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's funny how when the private sector is doing something well it's solely down to them, but when the private sector performs badly it's the government's fault. BT(EE) made a profit of £1 billion last year. There is nothing stopping them using those funds to improve coverage.
-
Photo man (@ach59) reported@EE Thanks for not much - all I want to do is talk to a person- after 6 days of tests - but I ring the number you gave and what do I get : Hi, it's the EE Diagnostics bot here. We are now running some tests to see what might be causing a problem…..
-
Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.
-
ikraam (@ikraamdaanis) reported@Karlski420 @EE It's like their engineers don't test their website... layout shifts, terrible loading states, menu instantly showing without a delay, long loading times, bad animations and the list goes on
-
🐐 (@oatesch) reported@rorysutherland HS1/eurotunnel is a particular embarrassment. @EE were contracted to provide signal (perhaps just tunnels?) and yet there’s ~none
-
Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
