    @EE follow your letter of dump my customer for 3 g phone I requested no further. Service after September for 2 phone. Bt has sunk ee custom reality in my mind for eu roaming I will be leaving with all my business phone as soon as possible I will not be subject to blackmail

    @EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

    Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

    @ScaredyCat @EE Indeed. And the first time it was registered on the network was.... 27th January 2022. And it died oddly on 27th of September 2022. A lot of people have been reporting their SIM dying on exactly 180 days... this isn't that either, strangely.

    @EE why is the signal so bad in the North Somerset area. It has never been this bad, currently on 2 bars of signal and this is most of the time. Convinced my partner to change to EE from Vodafone and raved about how great the coverage was and now you are letting me down 🥲

    @EE When are you going to do a post supporting disabled, ill and elderly people ? You've turned my phone off this morning without ringing me to let me know my bill was due. It was supposed to come out direct debit, so it's your company's mistake. I'm a vulnerable customer.
