  • Rdickinson1987 Roberto. (@Rdickinson1987) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

  • SGiangregorio Sarah Giangregorio (@SGiangregorio) reported from Bradford, England

@mrsimonwaldron @padoir @EE Didn’t get any further but will try an online complaint. I have all mine up until October. It’s the ones after that I need!

  • Emmyloubradders Emma Bradbury (@Emmyloubradders) reported from Cawthorne, England

@EE anyone else having the same problem? Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

  • cal92scho Callum Schofield (@cal92scho) reported from Normanton, England

@dan_rar @EE Nope. They said they wouldn’t do it, their competitors haven’t done it. And now they’ve done it. I repeat: **** @EE

  • jon_schofield jon schofield (@jon_schofield) reported from Gildersome, England

@EE @sophielosborn I’ll tell you who is annoying Sophie. EE are. They know how to stop this . Only want to help their self to your money. I’ve been with them since they took over orange.I’m moving as soon as I can. You can too. Another company will help you.

  • northernstock2 Kimberley Stock (@northernstock2) reported from Huddersfield, England

@EE Am appalled I reported our broadband down 2 days ago and today I finally get assistance through your freephone no:0800 0795686 but then I'm made to pay for the text service youtold me I have to use?? Why??

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

  • theandycooke Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

  • AlMitchell89 Alex Mitchell (@AlMitchell89) reported from Bradford, England

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

  • ash_flay Ash (@ash_flay) reported from Swillington, England

@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

  • barstreetz 💨Âj (@barstreetz) reported from Halifax, England

    EE worst provider ever @EE

  • Ruthlisaellis Ruth Farrell (@Ruthlisaellis) reported from Meltham, England

Whats happening with the EE network? I've had no coverage for two days now?! #EE #phonenetwork @EE

  • theandycooke Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England

Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

  • HxmzaN15 hamzA (@HxmzaN15) reported from Bradford, England

@EE trying to charge me 2 months for taking a new contract without informing me when I took it out after being with them for 3 years and never doing this. What an absolute joke

  • gbmcfc GLENN (@gbmcfc) reported from Leeds, England

@EE sort your signal out between Leeds n Huddersfield..... ****

  • rache63985893 rache (@rache63985893) reported from Honley, England

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • warmblood jacqueline madders (@warmblood) reported

    @EE @ageuk @DisabilityGovUK the worst service ever.

  • Steggles_OSRS Steggles (@Steggles_OSRS) reported

@EE your internet has to be the biggest joke of all time, continuous dips, throwing me off completely like 3 times a day while working from home. I call and an engineer comes to help, says we need a new router. It’s been 5 days and still nothing else heard. Get me OUT of contract

  • MancunianCaviar Liam (@MancunianCaviar) reported

Who basically changes sockets and that's it. If that doesn't work then you need to wait, again, for an openreach engineer. @bt_uk used to send out an openreach engineer from the start, why are @EE fobbing us of and adding an unnecessary step? Can't really work from home can I.

  • sammcinnerny Sam McInnerny (@sammcinnerny) reported

@EE it just says “calls to this number are barred” and hangs up… it’s weird as I can use my phone abroad no issue but calling from UK out no luck

  • tt_gill ⫩ ⫩ TTG3⫩ ⫩ (@tt_gill) reported

Over a month of trying to upgrade with @ee and it’s actually painful. Never get the same price twice, the website never works properly, but they’re quick to send “threatening “ messages as soon as you request your PAC number…..Time to go to @tescomobile

  • littlemissj74 JD🇬🇧 (@littlemissj74) reported

@EE It’s sorted but I’m disappointed it took me so long and was such a fight. Your customer service used to be excellent

  • kingbiniboi Kingbiniboi (@kingbiniboi) reported

@EE @EE I want to cancel my contract and request my PAC code. This is due to misinformation, hostile in-store conduct, and an additional device being added without my consent. I am not willing to return to the store. Please process this now.

  • BenjiBe60992323 Benji Benji (@BenjiBe60992323) reported

@EE Hi, I was charged £8 for a 1-day data pass but the data never activated. I can’t log in to My EE. Please can you help with a refund?

  • chris_torrens Christopher Torrens (@chris_torrens) reported

@EE But I wasn’t. When I tried it said I didn’t have sufficient credit (to free phone help?) despite having topped up the day before. Yes, I could use another phone (and did) but you never said anything about the phone being suspended.

  • tom_lewo Tom (@tom_lewo) reported

@EE hello, tried paying my bill on the app 2 days in a row .. takes my money and says it’s not gone through, then I have to wait for the refund.. never had an issue before so??
