128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

I love @EE and really don’t want to move network but I’ve just been in the EE store in Cardiff and for sim only I’m being offered 10 GB for £20. Went into @skytv and I’m being told 10GB for £10 with rollover data and send data to a friend! How could I not move? :(

@EE Yes , but EE customer service is lacking . Ordered an upgrade with option to trade in the old phone . Received the new phone , but no communication what to do with the old one ! Spent 3 hours trying to figure out what to do before I get charged and still did not get anywhere!

@EE network speeds below 1mbps again in EX32 9--. If you dare to tell me this is a one off again, I'm completely ******* done with you lot. This has been an issue for 6 WEEKS NOW!! I don't know what is going on with you clowns, but it needs to be sorted. This is unacceptable.
