    @EE I've spoken to about 5 different people already, including cancellations, and none can offer me the same as a standard new customer deal? I could cancel and take out a new contract in exactly that deal but can't just be upgraded to it? If I cancel it'll be to go elsewhere though.

    @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

    @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

    @EE Seems a bit pointless allowing your staff to offer F&F discount at all if its incompatible with completely standard deals, so I'm pretty sure this wouldn't be true! I take it then from this that nobody there is interested in retaining me as a customer?

    @EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

    @ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

    @EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

    @EE Love paying £40 a Month for a phone contract when a simple sim swap still doesn't work. Now no service completely. Direct debit getting cancelled I'll go back on @O2 waste of time

    @tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

    @ApsanaBegumMP @EE and @ThreeUK have said they will help those who cannot afford broadband and I’m sure one of the other major phone companies offers SIM card deals for next to nothing with a uncomsumably large data package on it and unlimited calls etc which was brought in awhile back

    @lestereverton80 @Apple @EE 2 types of Apple Watch , 1 is cellular which has its own independent network and you’ll need a contract for or the WiFi version. Just pairs to your phone and uses your existing phone network

    @EE Also, finally got through on the phone & was transferred to a customer service person & phone just rang out & person who transferred me there did not tell me they were just putting me on hold. Tried to ring on my landline - that you provide - & told number not accessible 😡

    @EE I have tried this & it still says the fault is yours not mine & the phone number I am given I cannot access as it won't let me unless I have an EE mobile- which I don't...just going round in circles...getting frustrated & angry...can you help me speak to someone or not please?
