    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    @EE Samsung S9. I appreciate your efforts but I wouldn't bother if I were you. I've had the same problem all over, in various grounds and with several phones, over the last 2 or 3 years. I see other people happily accessing Web but I get nothing. I'm used to it now.

    Customer support @EE terrible today! Tried to use online chat but it said I had to call, tried to call and said they couldnt connect my call, then hung up! Should be able to help no matter what channel I want to use, and if you specify a channel, make sure you can use it!

    @EE any signal issues in Leeds city centre, getting 2mbs on multiple tests after restarting and turning internet off/on etc.....

    @EE There is always room for a discount. Never not had one before. It's who you speak to and if they are willing to make it happen. On this occasion I'm not thought worthy of it

    @EE I get very slow 4g where i am. My son's Vodafone coverage is always better yet I would prefer to stay with what I know. Can't happen with current offers

    @EE Same thing restarted a total of 21 times in half an hour it's behaved it self and now its worst its ever been

    To be treated like a number excuse the pun, @bt_uk & @ee are a company we would not recommend you use as they aren’t bothered about how they treat their customers, regardless of how much they cost you, shocking customer service be this business or consumer, just avoid!

    @EE hi EE pls can you let me know how to get a request you requested actioned? EE service not working on an old phone; ee explained we need to transfer phone ownership to a different a/c. Have since confirmed and in dm too but - no response and still no working service.

    @EE would you believe In one month of using my phone exactly the same I’ve only used 4gb of data out of 100gb and I’ve actually used my phone more then normal just to test it I would never trust we they’re thieves and this has proven it for me.
