Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Guiseley and nearby locations:
-
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!
-
Alex Mitchell (@AlMitchell89) reported from Bradford, England@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?
-
Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!
-
Ash (@ash_flay) reported from Swillington, England@TheSatanicWasp @EE They’re a shocking company to deal with Jay, I was with them for a few years but had had enough of the customer service experience, or lack of it more to the point. Finally jumped ship to @O2

ARob (@ade_robertson) reported from Bingley, England@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. (im)mature student (ex) 🇺🇳🇪🇺🇬🇧🏳️🌈🏁➕🖤 (@ximmat) reported@BTGroup should delve into @EE bb pricing/retention. Long term 1.6gbps customer, £85pcm. New customers? £28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be £769. Me? £2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was £1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis
-
Garry Walker (@GarryWalker) reported@Etsphonebill @EE My AirBNB just cancelled on me. £450 down the drain. Router is still showing blue and giving me a login screen. Which means I just need an active username and password. They aren't willing to give me one. They say there is no possibility of compensation as my contract hasn't started. Technically they turned off my dead mothers internet. The only reason I agreed to a 24 month contract with them when I will mostly be in thailand is i need internet now. Im in a village where there is no phone signal. Maybe ebola is too harsh. Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome is more appropriate.
