    Trying to get my PAC code @EE - you're not responding to the 65075 text, which is against industry guidelines, MyEE can't fulfill request due to a tech issue and phone line too busy. Anyone might think this is on purpose?

    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised Iโ€™d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

    @EE @sophielosborn Iโ€™ll tell you who is annoying Sophie. EE are. They know how to stop this . Only want to help their self to your money. Iโ€™ve been with them since they took over orange.Iโ€™m moving as soon as I can. You can too. Another company will help you.

    @tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra ยฃ2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

    @EE Not helpful when I have neither WiFi nor mobile internet. I'm probably out of pocket to the tune of ~ยฃ250 for missing out on a day of contracting plus a ยฃ40 train journey to get to somewhere with WiFi. I want to make an official complaint and, inevitably, when you don't do...

    @EE awful internet once again. Shortage in my local area has been going since 5am and still not repaired! This is the 3rd thing to go wrong since being changed over from BT to you. Not reliable at all!

    @EE this is my internet yet again. Itโ€™s absolutely rubbish, and I even pay extra for preferential signal. Diabolical service, and only word spaghetti rather than a fix! The postcode is Nn7 3fg

    @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying ยฃ48.11 per month. Not an additional ยฃ24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

    @EE not happy with service. Had an issue with app etc person on phone had to open ticket with main tech people. 48 hours I was told. Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didnโ€™t pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch
