@EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

Right this is actually ridiculous now, paying for a contract I can’t even use because I’ve had no more than 1 bar of signal and keep getting no service for the past 3 weeks!!! @EE sort it out!!!

@EE I have been a customer since the early 90’s via orange. Run our business phones through you. I am seriously considering leaving you. I live 12 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate HG1 post Codd and cannot get a 3/4G Signal on my street or in my home 1/2.

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

@EE On Day 7 its not frustrating it is anger Im feeling, this is simply not good enough. Tech Support when I spoke on Monday told me it would be sorted by Wednesday, foolishly I took it to be Wednesday this week. You live and learn I suppose. Time for the local MSP to get involved
