    Pathetic CS @EE BD1 1AH.4 times visit to store. Store direct me to CS & vice versa.Been 2 mnths I gt contract canceld but still received due bill causing hit on my credit history. Cancellation was confirmed twice at store bt still not done. Poor treatment at store.Don't buy @EE

    Going to have to venture to the @ee store today as it's damn near impossible to get a similar contract deal online, most deals are more expensive or a fraction of the data bundle size.

    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @EE you gave phone no. in store today for Samsung for me to arrange engineer visit for z flip3 screen protector replacement, as you couldn't do it. @SamsungUK don't do this neither now. Anything not to help their customers! Don't buy a #samsungzflip3

    @EE @MBowater So everyone should expect 14% extra speed and data then if you are investing to increase from your current customer base. More like top bosses in for a bumper bonus.

    Gah! Keep missing important phone calls due very bad signal where I live. I do ask people to call my landline but they never do. @EE do you offer WiFi calling? Someone told me about it, but i didn't know it was a thing. Would be very handy if you did.

    @EE how come you don’t take into consideration Royal Mail strikes? I have an engineer coming on Friday and Royal Mail just said that my parcel from EE will not be delivered on time. I booked the service 3 w ago, surely you could have send it earlier!

    I've just been told that @EE is not going to fix the broken mast near my home until the end of November. The end of bloomin' November! I really hope that this is a joke as it's already been broken for over 2 weeks! Surely @EE that time frame isn't correct. What am I paying for?

    @EE is this the best you can do? I think the agent was trying to explain that if you run out of Data. So are unable to send and receive imessages without WiFi Then the message is converted into an MMS message and sent over the network. This is where charges are added for MMS,

    @EE Your company has had my phone for 58 days. They have made me waste approximately 20 hours of my time on phone calls and going in store. The level of customer service specifically at your store has been terrible. I'm bored and tired of this situation, can you please help me.
