@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

The worst customer experience of my@life with @EE today. Phone ordered last week with next day delivery still not arrived. Appointment with store manager to resolve ignored as he wasn’t in today and upgrade unable to be processed due to order being lost in the system!! Fuming

Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE That doesn't work. Just to confirm - I called 150 and pressed the first number (1) which is to top up - after pressing that, pressing the second number (1) asks me to set up a pin code and is continuing the top up process.

After bigging up @O2 over @EE coverage whilst on holiday in Europe recently they have let me down big time now I’m going to the US. They want to charge me £6 a day rather than the £10 a month fixed fee by EE. Disappointed with the lack of support and what appears to be pure greed

@EE have consistently failed to fix issues with signal, but have had no issues taking my money every month. I miss phone calls for therapy and medication because I have no signal!? In the city they advertise 5G. Do not sign up for EE in Newcastle, if you are, call and complain.
