    @EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

    @EE Been on phone for 45 mins so far and now being transferred to another dept. This seems to happen with every customer that transfers watches. It’s a really long and poor process especially as it’s a known issue

    @EE About the fact you're wanting me to pay hundreds of pounds or a high monthly amount when you're offering much better deals through other companies. My son doesn't want to trade in his phone which he never does and neither do I but instead of a trade in you want a crazy amount!
