@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

@EE Ee have removed a mast in my area, there's no indication when it's going to be resolved, my daughter's signal is awful and can barely phone us from school if she needs to.. if you check DM you'll see me trying to call her yesterday after she was trying to contact me after school.

@ee morning - just reported another fault on my broadband. This must be close to 10th time this year having had virtually no problems prior. Is there a way to explore alternatives for getting broadband. The fault is intermittent but for many things that is very problematic

@EE Hi, EE text me earlier to advise they have updated my network settings. Since then, my phone will not connect to mobile data. I rang for help, and my account went from having 66GB of data to 0. My WiFi call is also no longer working and now have no signal to call back
