  @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

  @EE Been trying to get onto the app for hours but keep getting told something is wrong, almost impossible to talk to anyone as there's no option on the helpline. Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!
