    @EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

    I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

    @EE I need to cancel one of my contracts, I was informed I need to text 150, but unsure what I need to put in the message, staff in the store said they couldn’t put a stop on it and I need to notify 150, help please!

    @MarcAllera @EE Mr. Allera, the mast that provides the only signal for our 4G broadband (as there’s no fibre optic cable here) has been down since 3 September and no one will tell customers whether and when it’s going to be repaired.     Called @bt_uk y’day for mobile upgrade with @EE Call Handler said I’d receive emails and phone today. Not heard a peep and checked junk mail…nothing #help

    @Ad_Lavender @EE Not funny mate, just been fobbed off by customer service he’s sent me an “eSim” to my app so when the My EE app is back running I can download it! It’s my app that is saying I have no contract! So it won’t show me my plan to do that! Mates app works fine! So it isn’t app down!
