@EE here we go again!What’s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

So I thought I had finally got the issues with MY @EE upgrade page sorted out after 7 different phone calls, Well you know what thought did don't you? It thought wrong. So now the page will let me go to the upgrades page but will only show me sim only upgrades. Patience🤦

@EE hi I need some help with my new cellular Apple Watch plan, I selected the plan with paired watch using my existing phone number. But when logged into account it had its own phone number and when away from phone my texts aren’t sending.

@EE I don't know they sorted the phone issue and said they had also sorted the tablet issue. (they did something as it was showing £257+ to upgrade then went to free but now defaults to sim only deals)

@EE Hi. My 4g home hub speed has dropped dramatically this morning. I've switched the router off and done reset but still very slow. Are u having issues? I've had to use my phone as a hotspot instead through O2 which I don't want to be doing on a regular basis. I've DM you too.
