  @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

  @EE please can you tell me why I cannot get a new customer deal on EE broadband, because I’m a BT Broadband. Deal I want new customers pay £53 per month, I have to pay £67.49! I’m new to EE broadband, but a loyal EE mobile customer and ‘existing’ as with BT now.

  @EE thank you EE for another bad experience, now moving away from this company, all they’ve ever done is cause me hassle… almost 2 years ago lies and problems (someone did fix the issue after couple weeks) and now issues with broadband.

  @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.
