    @EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

    Amazing that @EE say don't call if possible because of Covid but don't have a dedicated online page to report broadband problems. Well it's crap EE. Unreliable and slow. It's like 2001 in our house...#TheySaidEEWasRubbish #ShouldHaveListened

    @EE Checking my data allowance on MyEE : none showing except the free 100Mb / month: rollover, boosts and allowance gone. Checking phone’s data monitor : less than 1/2 of above allowance used. 150 : says high number of calls, delays. Is there an issue with allowance reporting?

    @EE I called your customer service line from abroad in the end and got it resolved. I didn’t realise that, unlike my bf’s network @ThreeUK who only offer 12gb 👎🏻, I can still use my full 100gb allowance whilst abroad with EE 👍🏻. He’s ran out so I’m hotspotting. Thank you!

    @BarrySalkin @EE Yep, seen several people reporting this sort of issue today. My allowances all show 0, which is obviously wrong as I've just started a new monthly pack, and I have unlimited texts !

    Is it just me or is the 5G from @EE really bad these days? If it’s not that, calls keep dropping out. Idk what the issue is but it’s starting to really annoy me.
