@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

Good morning @ee just letting you know, I've had very bad, or no signal at all while on the train travelling around the trehafod (CF37) and Porth (CF39) area in South Wales. Not sure if this is because I'm inside a train or if you have a transmitter failure in the area.

@EE is over a month of no broadband as the infrastructure is still being discussed. Why offer something you cannot deliver? And before you send the generic “have you contacted someone in EE” YES I HAVE REPEATEDLY and get pawned off to different deps. (This problem since 2014)
