Ian (@IanWasHereOnce) reported@EE can you and the other phone networks please have a look at the signal in the WN7 4 area of Leigh in Wigan. Been terrible for months now when trying to use mobile data when out and about.
-
philiprlittle (@philiprlittle) reported@EE Hello. Already done that thanks and there was zero interest. Also, I'd be careful about commenting on being the best, I've never know it as bad for phone signal or non-existant data.
-
BamBamMK2 (@Williams91898) reported@EE Yeah says an issue in my area but still had signal but now it’s completely gone off and says won’t be fixed for another 16 hours. Absolutely ridiculous this
-
Stephen Goodair (@stevegoodair) reported@EE your broadband is down Has been all night
-
Kay Griffiths (@kayleighnikita) reportedThird time in a week there’s been an issue with signal at home. Where is not working they “fix” it and then it doesn’t work again. Rubbish paying for a service I can’t use @EE
-
OMG Beardd (@OMGBeardd) reported@MMKUK1 @Ofcom @EE Take the issue back to EE and not waste your time with a social media worker for Ofcom. Escalate through the correct channels and take it to the ombudsman if you need to. They will review the issue and demand a resolution from EE if they feel EE haven't been fair.
-
simon withers (@KalEl_WBS) reportedWhy is it on iOS there’s no ui change to say you’re on 5G+? @EE & @VodafoneUK both say they have 5GSA or ultra 5G but you never know if you’re connected to that and not just the normal 5G.
-
