    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE I rang your 150 number and they said that they have filled out a form for your IT department so they will be able to fix the problem of bringing my account details up on the screen. This should be done by Thursday 13th October. It is farcical!!!!
