    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE joined ee about 3 months ago and I have say it's the worst network I've ever had , lucky if I get 2 bars of signal at my house and can't even watch a ytube vid without buffering every 10 seconds , even when I'm out it's the same , their TV ads are bs

    Absolutely shocking network coverage from @EE again. Spent most of the last could of days on 3G feel like I have travelled back in time 20 years. I’m off to find a new provider. In this day and age mobile networks shouldn’t be this awful #disappointed
