I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

@EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

@Ofcom I’m sure their T&C’s cover what happened, they issue alerts before your data runs out, yet an international dialling bundle, I get an alert two hours after it’s been used up. Hence one phone call costing £52! @EE
