@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

@EE is there a way to find out if my phone has been dispatched or not? I ordered it on Friday but there was a 'mismatch' so I contacted customer service yesterday. A new one was ordered & my email had expected delivery date of today but on the site it's now saying dispatch...

Amazing that @EE say don't call if possible because of Covid but don't have a dedicated online page to report broadband problems. Well it's crap EE. Unreliable and slow. It's like 2001 in our house...#TheySaidEEWasRubbish #ShouldHaveListened

I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

@EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

@ee years and been a loyal customer means not much. deals on ee are becoming extortionate, think this will be my last contract with you. The fact you rang me and tried to increase what I paid with crappy add ons last week only proves this.

@EE I’m in the impacted area everyday. These messages have been the norm a few times a week for the last year. It’s now become daily! But CS just keep brushing it off, so I just gave up. Home address is terrible though. Drop calls is the norm 😫. 15 months and I’m free!

@EE Your selective customer replies suck. Your network in Brighton is the worst network and you ignore it

@ee get an early upgrade 4 free, me jumps at the chance, goes to upgrade, my plan jumps to £99 per month! Are you having a giraffe? I’d get it cheaper if I was a new ee customer 😳 but found the Same phone better deal from £48 else where. Shows paying for two phone lines for 10+

@EE I switched from EE to Vodafone 3 month ago, thinking Vodafone would be better than EE. Big mistake, everywhere I went in central London there were no signal. Thanks God I terminated my contract and back with EE.

@O2 @EE @ThreeUK can I ask why myself, friends and colleagues, who all use you have had their signal reduced to 1 bar over the last 12 months in the ch43 area?
-
Bex Allen

@EE Of course, but is that the only solution, just keep blocking every random number that calls? I'm always concerned I may block a legit caller
