    @EE I’m sick & tired of my awful @Apple @iPhone_News #iphone6se what an awful phone. No wonder it’s discontinued & I cannot get a cover for it. My contract ends at the end of the year! I want a new phone now.

    Absolutely shocking!! @EE openreach are taking the proverbial now! I NOW have to wait a further 10 days for the same problem I was told on the 29th March this is COMPLETELY unacceptable and upmost shocking service!! #Liveonthe6thMarch #StillWaiting 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

You’ve been down there, you know what it looks like

    @EE Cancle my contract as they didn't want to help me but pay £400,im an excellent customer never missed a bill over 5yrs and im getting treated like this

    .@EE What an incredible waste of time and resources. How do you justify this decision? Surely it doesn't do much good for EE's environmental record (seeing as I'd have to throw away my 2-week-old SIM and buy a brand new one). Very bad customer service.

    @EE New connection. Also, saying "some delays" is a joke of an understatement...considering the delay they said was 11 weeks! No compensation offered for breach of contract, and no alternatives offered - not even a sorry. Such crap "service".
