    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

    @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

    @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

    @EE What's the point in EE having high Street shops if everytime someone goes in thet say we can't help you need to call 150. Absolutely appalling company to deal with. I actually feel like I'm starting to HATE EE

    @EE Store staff weren't trying to resolve anything technical. They are also unable to look at anything previously not arranged in store. It's a massive shower of shite. If anyone ran a business so shite they'd fail. Unfortunately the mobile phone networks are running a cartel

    @DylanShah @EE I got annoyed with the service provided by EE so left them back in 2019 and moved over to O2 who were meant to be the best provider for my area but they were an absolute nightmare, finally got them to minus my account so I didn’t owe anything and changed over to Smarty right away
