@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

Hey @EE Looking to upgrade and chatted online. Sadly as an existing customer with 4 phones on EE you could not/ would not beat a deal for new customers on EE but through a third party @buymobiles @metrofone. 😪😪😪

You’ve been down there, you know what it looks like

@virginmedia I'm looking for another ISP for a few months until my contract ends with your poxy company, @sky or @EE mabe, if you gave 100.000 GIG, you still have crap equipment like a £20.00 router it can't cope with today's gaming.

@coastie61 @EE Nothing back yet. Its more that the extra was bundled and never used. And not had an iPhone which I would even play it on for 3 years. Didn't even know I had the offer. We will see. And let's hope for a positive outcome and a nice story out of it.

Apparently UK mobile network @EE (a) don't monitor their social media account, and (b) don't maintain the RFC-mandated security mailboxes. Eventually found a 4-digit phone number to contact, but they don't make it easy.

@EE we need to talk please why have you recklessly taken money out of my account! I have never been in overdraft before. The arrangement for the new SIM card which hasn’t arrived hasn’t even started what on earth happened I’m annoyed.

@EE So we have had to come to the agreement that EE will take the tablet back and cancel the contract. Because there is a know problem but there is no fix. I think EE should look at who’s supplying their equipment.

@EE is there an issue with data reporting on the app ? My app is telling me that I’ve used 5.7gb of data in 4 days ... I never use anywhere near my allowance .. I have friends saying the same thing about their accounts
