First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

Dale (@pumadale) reported from Urmston, England@AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.
