I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

These types of calls are becoming harassing. If you are not gonna offer a suitable resolution then I would be looking to cancel my contracts

I spent 58 mins on the line getting 5 lines upgraded only to find out the agent screwed up after making another 48 minute call to support, now I'm on hold with Channel Returns for 50 mins and THEN I have to call upgrades again .. seriously

And Rew (@jol_rew) reported@EE ordered a new phone on Friday. Sim card came on Saturday. Called today. 1 hours the call was total, to be told they never sent the phone.
