    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    Want to watch the Merseyside Derby but can't because the @BTsports app you suppose to be able to access being an @EE customer won't let you access it and I am now peed right off so much for having bt sports on my contract when I cant access it

    @EE Having a lot of signal problems, my wife is trying to make important calls but the signal keeps dropping out meaning she's missing the call. Never had this issue before. Its been the same for two days, having pretty much no signal!

    @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

    @EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

    @EE worst phone system in East Scotland absolutely useless. By the way in your tv advert, you didn’t land a plane. You spoke to the pilot landing the plane. Slight difference. I’m surprised you managed to speak to her to to be honest.

    @EE how can you claim to be such a great network when I have a 5g phone, a 5g contract and barely get 1 bar of 4g in the city I live in. Surely this is grounds to cancel my contract early. I'm literally paying for a terrible service.

    @EE yeah that i had a message saying network providers has temporarily switched off or something. The upload speed usually i get 20-30mbps.. it seems to be working back to normal but it wasn't connecting to anything and having problems all the time. It was the only 1 test that worked

    @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

    @AJMSomers @VodafoneUK I had the same issue in my work postcode for 5months and they did nothing but give me empty promises. They offered me compensation once the problem was solved. I don't even work there anymore and I'm yet to see any compensation. @EE you still treat your customers like this?
