I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE should be issued ยฃ1 billion fine as penalty. That will help the treasury & clamp down on criminal companies like EE!
