    @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

    @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

    More amazing **** going on. 90 mins on the phone with them today, they finally agree to upgrade me early for the inconvenience. Say they'll call back. Don't. I call again. Now being told they can't give me the phone unless my monthly bill doubles. Astonishing treatment from @EE!

    I don’t understand why @EE aren't answering any of my messages or tweets. I cannot get any assistance with a problem I’m encountering. Absolutely ridiculous. No chat options online. All signs pointing to making a call which I can’t do because my roaming isn’t on!!!!!

    @EE After being an EE customer for many many years, the incapability to match readily available 'standard' offers from other networks doesn't scream that you want to keep existing customers. Looks like the whole family will be moving over very shortly as all are currently with EE

    @imccrossan1 @EE That's one option. Going to speak with them first and see what they can offer. Keep on phoning me with offers I don't want as a valued customer, so let's see just how much they do value my custom.

    Called them, was promised a technician would call back (all automated). Never happened. Called again, was telling guy about issue, then he hangs up, does not call back. Now in a queue, third time waiting to speak to @EE. They really are doing their worst.

    @teapotdweller2 @EE Only reply @teapotdweller2 has had is a standard ‘we’re busy & we’ll get back to you’ holding reply. Are you actually interested or are you just happy to take money for a contract that was cancelled? Very poor customer service. Will be telling all my #999family how bad its been.
