    Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

    @EE Hi, services are really bad in PR4 post code area. I have both home data sim and mobile and both very poor. Having to use a three sim to work.

    I bought a sim online on Friday, paid £20 for a 30GB data pack, and gave my PAC Code. The sim has arrived, my number hasn’t transferred and I have £0 credit?? I need HELP ASAP and you cannot contact anyone at EE? How’s this even possible?? @EE @EEHelpdesk

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    I’d imagine @EE would be able to half their customer’s bills if they stopped showing that bloody awful plane landing broadband advert, every 15 seconds for the last six months.

    @EE Hi EE, I’ve moved from Three over to yourselves but my number doesn’t appear to have transferred over? Can you help me at all? I Input the PAC Code and phone number at the time of purchase online so it would be transferred over by the time I received the new sim (28th Sep).

    @EE We're on to day THREE now of problems in the G51 area of Glasgow. Calls disconnecting continually or not getting through. Your status checker continues to say it'll be fixed within 16 hours. What is happening??!!

    @ThreeUK my GF after 17 yrs being with you has 1 missed payment which she wasn't notified after changing her address and your team didn't update their system and now she's got a bad credit rating, which your team are refusing to help her. For me @EE customer service is the best!

    Has anyone else experienced misselling / misleading sales techniques when upgrading/renewing contract on @EE ? I’m absolutely fuming. Have logged complaint as the person I spoke with from ‘retention team’ lied, failed to inform of extra costs then just didn’t even log properly 😤

    @EE I have two phones waiting to arrive from you. I've received a notification from DPD saying one will be delivered tomorrow but have no idea which one it is. No tracking has updated and due to errors on your end I don't have the order numbers. Can you please have a look?

    @EE Ordered My Upgrade On Sunday And To My Shock Once It Had Been Completed I Got A Text With Link To Your Tracker But Never Got Any E Mail Confirmation So Has This Way Of Confirmation Been Change At All ??
