    @EE Your router is garbage. Your tech is garbage. Is anyone coming out of contract with @bt_uk? Don't swap your bt hub for an ee router. It is total garbage. Don't believe the advert the wi-fi is trash.

    @EE whats going on in WA3 area - no signal again. Every day this last week the signal has gone at some point and for a significant period of time. So no calls, no Internet, cant contact the kids, they cant contact me..... what am I paying for????

    @EE in my 3 decades in the IT industry, I've never come across such poor customer service as @EE . Spending thousands each month, its taken me over 9 months of trying just to get an invoice.

    @EE This ee router is just as bad as the bt superhub 2. stop lying about gaming being better on Xbox it is just as garbage on ee as bt I still get my arse kicked every game.

    @EE really frustrated with your customer support. Have been trying for at least a week now just to get roaming enabled while I am abroad. And after long chat and wait session all I get is closed chat sessions without any resolution. No escalation option. #pathetic

    @EE what is up with the broadband and the my ee accounts. I’ve been trying to log in for days now and can’t. Our WiFi is absolutely terrible and have just upgraded to your fiber. It’s shocking! Phoned on Thursday but still no better.
