    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE paying for 150mbps internet, the technician mention it's gonna be around 80-90 in our area. Actual speed with tv Netflix on and one smartphone connected is 14mbps. Anyway to fix it or should I just cancel and get another broadband provider? Not worth to pay for high speed.

    @UrServiceBlows @EE are that needle . Would give them 10/10 for customer services and service ! Not the cheapest by any means but in terms of service .. you can’t beat them !
