1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

@EE Having a lot of signal problems, my wife is trying to make important calls but the signal keeps dropping out meaning she's missing the call. Never had this issue before. Its been the same for two days, having pretty much no signal!

@DMawston @EE Yes, that’s exactly what the email said mate. If they were giving their staff in the call centres a bumper 14% pay rise I’d have less complaint, but they’ll rob their customers blind whilst telling workers not to ask for ‘unrealistic’ pay rises. Just a total con.
