    @EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

    @EE Hi, I’m trying to find out when my current broadband contract with EE comes to an end? I’ve logged in to my account and looked under my Plan Summary but it just says my Plan is active and it is a 24 month contract but there are no start or end dates? Can you help?

    @EE In the vain hope that EE read this.....Your broadband sucks! Three engineer visit, 3 new routers & still I have outages. Screen grabs available but no way to email them. That's so annoying!

    @EE Thanks, it's more of an FYI, I tried to buy on a MacBook, a Windows PC and Laptop and on my Phone. I've given uo now purchased elsewhere. But maybe it's worth telling your IT dept thats there's broken links when trying to buy a S22 Ultra.
