  • PaulbernalUK Prof Paul Bernal (@PaulbernalUK) reported

@EE I didn’t call to resolve the issue. I went into the shop and talked in person to someone who, after some investigation, discovered what had happened. And still didn’t really resolve it, but suggested the colleague I’d spoken to the last time had been wrong/lying.

  • helena_felix1 Helena Felix (@helena_felix1) reported

@EE So disappointed in your customer service. Impossible to download VAT invoice from the app, and told they cannot email me a copy. Paper copy takes a week . In this day and age that’s unacceptable and quoting the reason as data protection is a smokescreen.

  • Lou06405925 Lou (@Lou06405925) reported

@EE can you help. My monthly phone bill is meant to be £55 but nearly always is higher and my bills don’t really detail why. My last one was £63.03, (&2.92 was picture messaging) but where did £60.11 for the actual phone bill come from, month before was £62.97, can you help why?

  • AverageCynic James Murphy (@AverageCynic) reported

.@EE I have tried to call via the MyEE app. I select the "Upgrade or Leaving us" option and I just got a recorded message saying "Sorry, we are unable to connect you to a customer service advisor. Please try again later". Is there another number to call? I've been trying all day

  • PaulbernalUK Prof Paul Bernal (@PaulbernalUK) reported

@EE Then they told me that they couldn’t actually help, but that I would have to call someone. I did, whilst in the shop, and was on hold for about 15 minutes before getting someone who sorted out one issue and then told me that the last person in the shop had been wrong/lying

  • gpn01 Gary Nuttall (@gpn01) reported

@nigelwalsh @EE "We value ypu as a customer" = We have calculated how much you are worth to us. And it's not enough for us to invest in providing you with a better service. Please hold. Because our time is worth more than yours.
