@EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

@ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

Discussed an issue at length for TWO HOURS to be then be told to ring the customer service line which is closed!! @EE technical error or not, adequate customer service should not be limited to phone calls. Why have live chat?!

@EE hiya. Tried to login and it won’t work. Tried to reset password several times and I don’t get any reset emails. I tried to call 150 and the message says “we’re busy now so can’t answer” and cuts me off. Not overly impressed tbf
