Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

@EE EE you continued to charge me the same bill after my phone was paid off and I had to ring you FIVE times to get it resolved. Then recently I was charged £24 for a data add on offered to me at £10. I had to ring twice about that. Your customer service reps were extremely rude.

@EE @EE So the signal box is being switched off around 30th June 2022. That's the only signal we have with our three phones. Admittedly one spot in the house where we can get a signal if we hang out of the window. Take it I can switch networks without contract penalties.
