    @EE Any reason why I can get 100mbps in one room, and zero in the next room? Im about 100 yards from a phone mast. OL4 3DE. Signal usually OK.

    @EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

    @EE data on my phone is really hit and miss - it either does or doesn’t work. I have tried resetting my network settings but that made no difference. What else can I do? It’s an iPhone 13 on the latest iOS

    Currently embarking on my 8th or 9th call to @EE because they STILL haven't resolved a change-of-address issue since I moved seven months ago – overcharged me like £160 in that time, and still haven't sent the refund I can hear the hold music in my nightmares

    @EE still pending transaction to leave my account. My bank the Bank of Scotland said that EE will give me a 6 digit code to give to my bank to cancel the payment.....but getting the no help from EE....I'm absolutely fuming 😠😡

    @EE Hi our WiFi has gone down in W8 for the second time this week. The box is just flashing orange. Is this a problem in the area? We’ve had an open reach man come out and he couldn’t find anything wrong. We’ve tried texting 66033 but nothing comes up

    @EE The second broadband outage in under twenty four hours in LE12. This is not good. Only recently switched to EE broadband too.
