@virginmedia I'm looking for another ISP for a few months until my contract ends with your poxy company, @sky or @EE mabe, if you gave 100.000 GIG, you still have crap equipment like a £20.00 router it can't cope with today's gaming.

Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

@EE So 1 month on and the problem with my local mast still isn't fixed. I have absolutely no signal at all in either my partners or my own house. WiFi calling isn't really a solution when out and about. Hope this is fixed very very soon!

@LeamingtonSBC Hopefully @EE can fix my phone, then a @atagheating boiler repair. Same cause, 24kw combination boiler, 4 rads left at 80% output. Result,broken expansion vessel.

@AndersonKennya @EE Same issue here. It looks like data counters are not working in their app as well as on the MyEE web page. Send a free text 'BAL' to 150 to get your remaining data balance, that works.

Wasted over 4 hrs on hold with BT over the last few days. Spent today at home waiting for an engineer that didn't turn up. Phoned again this evening and put on hold for over 45 mins to be cut off as their phone support finishes at 9pm! @BT @EE
