Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, weโve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They donโt care.

The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint
