@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

@EE hi there. I have an issue with my galaxy s10+ note I cant open a lot of my apps, email, daily mail, when clicking on the app it just closes down. I have turned phone off, restarted, uninstalled and Re installed affected apps but still not working?

@EE almost 3 months with poor internet in the evening. Despite 5 engineers, 3 more who didn't turn up. Ive turned down work to be in and spent at least 12 hours on the phone. Once again only yesterday I'm promised a call today by 10am and no call has been made. Shocking service

@EE took out a new contract with you yesterday, all great. Phone being delivered today. Just had an email to say you've cancelled it due to a failed credit check (Clear Score is 526/700). Support centre now telling me fraud. Can't speak to anyone about it. Might stick with O2!

@Kat3Pr3ston @EE @Nyilah It was my problem earlier, but luckily I fix it. What I did is simply long press the chrome and click 'App Info'. After that click uninstall update because that what causes your apps to crash. Hopefully this method helps, and i'm sure it will..
