@EE hello, trying to purchase a new phone online via the website and the website seems to be stuck in a loop after you put delivery details in. The page reloads asking for address and postcode again, re-input, and the same happens again. Please help!

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

@VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

@EE is there a problem with broadband in this area, mine has dropped out about 4 times today, my sister @jodonks in the same village is having the same problem. All lights green and normal on the router

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

Should a call logged at 8am with @EE (who pride themselves on their excellent customer service), for what is clearly a device issue and under 12 months old, take 12+ hours and 5 different advisors in an effort to resolve to then be carried over to the next day as it’s past 8pm?

@EE Yeah sure. Because your service doesn’t work properly you send out an ELECTRONIC sim BY POST, 3 days later it arrives and doesn’t work. So then you say you can send out another or we can travel to a store. So left completely without service. It’s not good enough.
