Why #BTGroup are the parent Group responsible for @EE Communications Why are you in #Neston &local server using signal strength to prevent any interaction on #Twitter + my incoming calls It is a criminal offence breaking RIPA Act of 2000 on Communication @paulthedyer @pritipatel

  • antoniominnio Anton Roscoe Minnion (@antoniominnio) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

  • KStaff1878 KStaff (@KStaff1878) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE Signal down completely on 2 separate phones. This is really not what I pay my contract for.

@EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

  • gold123win reg morris (@gold123win) reported from Neston, England

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • KevinJolliffe Kevin Jolliffe (@KevinJolliffe) reported

@EE I’ll just cancel to be honest, I moved my phone contract to Vodafone last year so I’ll probably do the same with this, just disappointed not to get to use any of the data I’ve paid for over 2 years

  • sarahharrison86 Sarah Harrison (@sarahharrison86) reported

@EE ordered BT sports yesterday and it's still not working. It's been over 24 hours and I'm on holiday 😑 it's just told me there's a problem with my password so I've changed it and it's still not activated 🙄

  • TimboKey Tim Key (@TimboKey) reported

@EE Nobody cares Olivia. That cost increase will help pay your salary for regurgitating corporate nonsense on Twitter. EE should realise now isn’t a great to hike prices (9/9)

  • RobBradbrook RB | DRONE | CINEMA (@RobBradbrook) reported

@michael_rudloff @EE You clearly have enough money to sponsor the BAFTAs and claim to be the biggest and best phone company you could use some of that money so you don’t have to pass costs on to customers i think now is a bad time to increase prices by such a huge margin given the current climate.

  • Michael57690152 Michael Armstrong (@Michael57690152) reported

@EE Any chance of an answer, cause you seem to now be ignoring me now, just because I’m having to wait 2 weeks for a phone that we were never told would have to wait for! Plus I’ve got a watch I can’t use! I JUST WANT MY PHONE after paying £500 to upgrade

  • danbarkes Dan (@danbarkes) reported

@EE hello can a customer services rep contact me asap. I have sent a dm

  • KevinJolliffe Kevin Jolliffe (@KevinJolliffe) reported

@EE Hi, I’m out of contract next month on my Apple Watch and I’ve never actually been able to use data on it so I’m just going to cancel it to save some money

  • KevinJolliffe Kevin Jolliffe (@KevinJolliffe) reported

@EE I’ve never been able to use data on it though for the 2 years I’ve had it which has been frustrating, I’m sure that’s what I’ve paid for with unlimited data

  • michael_rudloff Michael Rudloff (@michael_rudloff) reported

@EE @RobBradbrook The fact that no one could have predicted a CPI of over 5% doesn’t mean you couldn’t work on customer retention. Common sense should kick in that some raises are just bonkers and clearly made ‘because you can’. My plan INCREASES by an amount that other providers charge per year.

  • mattpoole2011 Matthew Poole🇺🇦 (@mattpoole2011) reported

@seventiessally @kallmemeg @EE one of your customers is using this service to bully a public health professional can you take action
