    @EE Signal down completely on 2 separate phones. This is really not what I pay my contract for.

    @EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

    @EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

    @EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    @EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @EE Contact your customer care I was told the only way to deal with it was to find myself another handset device and send this one to you!! Which is not convenient for me because I work with this phone. I was told to go to the nearest shop so they can deal with it...

    @EE I am sick to the back teeth of the signal failing with this network. I have the best WiFi and still get whirl of death and have to switch to 4G. I wonder if it is tactical as I am having to buy more data!Been with EE for 10 years and I am seriously considering a change

    @EE not sure what's going on. Had huge issues trying to get EE broadband, kept being told openreach were rejecting. Got numerous emails now confirming installations for three different dates with different prices and not sure what's happening. Can anyone tell me what's going on?!

    Hi @EE I've been with you for sometime. I'm out of contract and want to upgrade, I'm being told you can't match another deal I've found online cheaper for the fone I want! You obviously don't care about customer loyalty, bye bye EE, bye bye..

    @EE hi, heard that some networks are testing the goverment trial for emergency alerts today. Do you know if they will be sent to ee network? (just so I know if I am to expect a siren or not between 1pm and 2pm etc. Or is it completely random)
