  @sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

  @EE EE shop by phone. it was delivered last Sat. I then took my sim card out of my existing Nokia 106/5 and got it jammed. I only got it retrieved out of my new H.P30 IN THE ee shop in LISCARD Merseyside. on getting my old sim back i thought end of problem, put it in old nokia

  @EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

  @WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

  @EE your customer service imo now falls below even virgin media, 28th day of a complaint today so there is a dispute on the account, I'm currently on hold to some foreign country collections team, if the complaint is not escalated to exec team now I want a deadlock letter and
