  • antoniominnio Anton Roscoe Minnion (@antoniominnio) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

  • JamesRoberts330 James Roberts (@JamesRoberts330) reported from Liverpool, England

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

  • paulgtrainer Legacy Wirral Kloppite* 🖐👍 19 (@paulgtrainer) reported from Birkenhead, England

@Greekgoddess02 @EE I've never heard of that before. Very messy indeed.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • graemen2508 Graeme Newman (@graemen2508) reported

Thank god for WiFi as I've had no @EE signal pretty much all morning. Just saying Emergency calls only, though my wife, also on EE has good signal. Tried the old off and on trick to no avail.

  • WESloss Evan Sloss (@WESloss) reported

@EE @MarcAllera Looks like #EE is refusing to fix the problem that they caused. Not even responding to my communications. That is why 76% of #EE customers rate #EE as BAD on Trustpilot. If @MarcAllera was paid on customer satisfaction he would be a poor man.

  • officialsouthn Southn 🇬🇧 (@officialsouthn) reported

@Alex34599534 @EE Exactly they should reimburse and allow to terminate the contract! Clearly the network is overloaded since lockdown which is an issue the provider is responsible for.

  • rhinoboy79 David Rennie (@rhinoboy79) reported

@Daviecraigdfc @EE It’s bullshit. Tesco Mobile who I understand share the same network as O2 are shouting about the fact that they won’t be increasing their prices when all the others are. It might only be a pound or so extra a month but multiply that by the number of customers they have!!!

  • Gemma_Porter Gemma Stevenson (@Gemma_Porter) reported

@EE Just tried and that still doesn't work. As soon as I click the view upgrade options button it pops up saying "sorry we couldn't find that page"

  • boy_sitness TelMickle (@boy_sitness) reported

  • M1K3YTAY Michael Taylor🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@M1K3YTAY) reported

@EE Hi I've just got an upgrade and you can imagine my shock to discover I have no Google services which you never told me about on your website 😳

  • _akwx Amy Williams (@_akwx) reported

  • chrisgreen87 Chris Green (@chrisgreen87) reported

So last Monday my phone was reported stolen (but not by me) & @EE blocked my account temporarily. Still waiting for a call back from the fraud team AND now my phone doesn't work with ANY SIM, even the new one I was issued... Any advice before I attempt to flash the device?
