    @EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

    @EE @BTCare hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

    @EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

    Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

    @EE Hi i am on holiday in the US and have zero network. Can't text or phone anyone. All I can do is use the hotel wifi. My data roaming is on but i cannot text 150 as it says I am not registered on network. Please help as I need to call my 84 year old dad in the UK

    @EE wow your Kingston store outside bentalls I shall never return. Went in looking to upgrade. Asked if I could see the Samsung galaxy 22 ultra. Guy said no.Right so a phone shop that won't let you see a phone and told me to go into John Lewis. Guess I'm not going to upgrade then

    @EE always been complimentary of your customer services but on Friday spent 48 minutes on phone with a further 20 minutes when I got through was told somebody would call me back. 48 hours later I’m still waiting

    @EE are as bad as the person that robbed my phone in the street they want me to pay for a phone I had stolen after 6 days which is now blocked 64 pound a month for 24 months someone please make this make sense police crime number given police are looking at cameras no compassion
