    @EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

    It’s amazing how @EE can do them adverts with Kevin Bacon but I’m not allowed to have a decent phone signal for a months straight, even though I live in what’s classed as an ‘urban area’. 😐

    @EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

    @EE hi I took out the +10 eith100gb and was not offered a free wireless charger, poor form since am a long term customer

    @EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

    @EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

    @sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

    @EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

    @djp4cm4n @VodafoneUK Left them a few years ago after god awful customer service, no decent signal anywhere , no discounts/ upgrades over my time with them. Now with @EE. Still awful signal at home on a 5G plan but elsewhere perfect

    That's the end of c.28 years with @EE , started with Freeserve - Wanadoo - Orange, finally @EE good service overall, must say, shame they treat their loyal customers with such contempt. @vodafone been okay so far, at least the guy called me to check all was okay as he promised!

    @bmstewart2004 Was with @EE who are ****. Just left them for @Virgin £91.99 for e'thing+1gb. Was stuck in a 2yr contract after being forced to switch from BT. Was paying £118.99 for 38mb broadband and ltd. tv service, FTTP not available til this yr, tried to lure me to stay with FTTP. Do one.

    @EE How long does it take you to deal with complaints? sitting here with a potentially damaged iphone after my new order dropped thru letterbox after me paying DPD service they used Royal Fail ! and now nobody from @EE wants to talk to me but bet they’ll take the DD next week!

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE The issue is the lack of momentum by Openreach to gain this permission. I got this myself and passed it on via EE but they were advised by you that it had to be you that got this. So I gave details and now you’ve emailed once.
