@kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

@mark_a_ellison @EE I know it's no benefit to you but it's iPhone 13 launch day so it's probably the worst day

  • Saintbarca Steve Fraser (@Saintbarca) reported from Birkenhead, England

@sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

  • jb81 Jonathan Bailey (@jb81) reported

Hi @EE question about roaming in South Africa, if I use up the 500MB in one does the data service stop? Rather than automatically charging for another data pass?

  • chrismafc1 Chris M (@chrismafc1) reported

@EE Do I just phone up to cancel a couple contracts? The new prices are crazy!

  • DPalm84 Dan Palmer (@DPalm84) reported

@EE why is your 4G service so intermittent in recent months?! Internet is completely unusable.

  • Lanankuras Agris Bečmanis (@Lanankuras) reported

@EE About roaming abroud -i see that is quite common issue for EE COSTUMERS. and lies about spending cap issue? How much u need put ? Thousand£. Too small- maybe million £? EE SHOULD BEFORE RISING PRICES FIX LOCKDOWN LAZINESS ISSUE.

  • vawells1 Vicci (@vawells1) reported

@EE Issues again with your app/website! Trying to set a spending cap-link on app broken and the one on web just keeps crashing..can you assist pls?

  • Lanankuras Agris Bečmanis (@Lanankuras) reported

@EE Yeah. That was online. Did had a chat with EE support to cancel it. As it never was picked from store - as ordered by online, delivery to store. But somehow i was charged money. This is breach of contract.

  • tomjj7 Thomas Joseph Leahy (@tomjj7) reported

@EE The customer service from EE is unbelievable poor and they treat their customers with contempt? Do what you say you are going to do and treat your customers with respect and dignity

  • james_larner James Larner (@james_larner) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

  • Lanankuras Agris Bečmanis (@Lanankuras) reported

@EE Funniest thing is. When taking any upgrade - dont need a passport. Just your phone, your security questions. Phone costs 1000£+. PS5 costs 470£. Other thing is - u have a right to cancel any cobtract 28days. Not even mentioning when u even cant pick up - as by laziness of store
