@EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

@EE @BTCare hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

@EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

@EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

@EE hi - I did an upgrade about two months ago and signed up to a new 18 month contract - does this mean that I now pay for roaming charges or because I have been an ee customer since before July 2021 so I still get roaming included in my allowance
