@EE 4GEE wifi mini at my work hasn’t been working all week, we have been using this whilst the o2 mast is down in Leeds city centre and now we have no wifi at all and we require internet connection to be able to actually get anything done, you claim to be Leeds fastest network :(

Hi @EE. I've been on hold now to cancel a contract for over 30 minutes now, so I'm simply going to cancel my direct debit. I'm sure there will be an outstanding bill but it will be cancelled out by my time you have wasted whilst I have been on hold.

@EE what is going on with the mobile signal in Pewsey (SN9)? Now saying no fix until December? Would be quicker to put up a new mast?
