Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

@EE we’re still having problems with 5G in #CrystalPalace #Penge area this morning - routers and so on have been restarted - I was told by you at 9.39am this morning the problem has been fixed but it clearly hasn’t been.

@DanielMacfie @EE Still nothing for me. Also received an email saying my complaint has been closed so I had to contact them to reopen it! Very inconvenient, especially as the so called “back up network” doesn’t work either.

@SkyUK, so here's a little secret people need to know! sky boxes won't work with @EE broadband modems being hardwired via ethernet cable, not just @EE! other IP's aswell, this is fact. They dont want to you know this and want you to buy there sky stream as an easy fix.

@EE customer of 21 years and never had a reason to switch providers until being told today my permanent customer loyalty discount has been removed (with no reason given) and if I want to leave it’s a really simple process. What happened to appreciating loyal customers? Shocking.
