@EE Offered £54 a month for a iPhone 8 Plus 20 gb data but I’ve been a customer for 6 years and never missed a payment wondering if you could sort me a better deal

@EE Thank you for replying. We have normal service now. For just under an hour we had no service but it seems ok now.

@EE I hope you can help! All the apps on my phone (including Safari, Slack, Citymapper etc). Don’t seem to work with the 4G on my phone, but work perfectly with WiFi. Is this a problem with the 4G or with handset. It was a real struggle today.

@EE Hi Chris, Yes it was a store I went to yesterday, and apparently there was a system issue so I couldn’t book in a repair or get a replacement phone. Someone was supposed to contact me when things were back up and running, but no-one has called. My phone has since worsened.

@EE your staff through the phones are a complete credit to the company. I've spent 45 minutes on the phone to Tracy, discussing an issue I've had recently. I was made to feel valued and I was listened to. Thank you for your genuine care for your customers!
