Literally been without a network signal for almost 24hrs and tweeted @EE a few times without response. Yet they can respond to abusive people and those who tweeted after me. Ok, cool. 👍

@EE I purchased a Data add on for the USA by mistake. Any way I can cancel it and get refunded for it as I didn’t know I could opt in to a data roaming pass. I’ve now spent £100 on an add on, twice, that I didn’t need. I’m kinda annoyed by this.
