  @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it

  @EE I have called you at least 6 or 7 times with regards to this issue. I have spent almost 10hrs on the phone to you trying to resolve this issue. I have been promised call backs and updates and haven’t received anything. This has been dragging on for 5 weeks now @EE

  @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

  @TheDealEnvoy @EE This applys to anyone from any company or organisation that sends you a one time passcode the genuine company will never ask for this code anyone doing is a scammer trying to access your account
