John Holt (@CrantockQuarry) reported
@TurnipRail @EE “New and upgrading customers only” so perhaps not an issue. Would you like a lovely upgrade sir? £2 per day doesn’t seem too bad for short visits.
-

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK You got no roaming charges when we were in the EU idiot !
-
Kevin 🇬🇧🏴🇺🇸 (@krbeveridge) reported
I’m happy enough to cancel my @EE contract when it’s up for renewal after what must be 20 years. Shove roaming charges where the sun don’t shine #EE #RoamingCharges
-
Sleuth (@sleuthsome) reported
@EE @woodcock_miss Hats off to you if you have decided, since December, to invest more in customer services and network. Otherwise it would have been better to say: “We will reimpose roaming charges but only when the dust has settled”.
-
Max Carter (@carterwebs) reported from Walthamstow, England
@mrjamesob Remind me to move networks at upgrade time. Not that I’m going anywhere soon but still a really bad move @EE
-
K.S. Roebuck (@JASONSPENCER) reported
@AnnaJerzewska @petersketch @EE Introducing these extra charges is a fundamental change in the terms, which would give you the option of terminating the contract. That's why it's only on new contracts and upgrades. The problem is, where to go?
-
williams (@manmanelende) reported
@Antiload @Pauldonny1983 @EE That's the point, It's their decision to rip the costumers off, they don't need to do it and what's worst, they said they where not going to reintroduce roaming charges. It's therefor company greed
-
Matsu Jikihara (@MatsuJikihara) reported
@EE Yeah thanks for bringing the roaming charges back. What about those promises that you have no plans to do so? A network that you can trust - yeah, right.
-
Sir **** of Beef (@SirLoinOfBeef11) reported
@EE Yet my EE signal keeps buffering in NI
-
Philip Keith (@PhilipMGKeith) reported
@xiaolongbao_888 @MartinSLewis I was told that I would Not be charged for roaming when I took out my @ee business contract. I made sure I asked. Surely I have grounds to cancel the contract?
