EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • richardtorble Richard Torble (@richardtorble) reported

@EE @endsbowen I don’t get this comment at all. It’s like saying “I’m going to kick you in the ***** but it’s ok because I’m telling you before I do it” I’ve been a broadband and phone customer for years and will absolutely be moving elsewhere.

  • planetParle Parle Patel (@planetParle) reported

Totally apalled at @EE for their customer services for ordering a replacement sim. Ordered the sim a week ago, no clear idea of what's going on. Went to two stores, still really unhelpful. Why do I have 3 lines with you? And for so many years.

  • CharHulka Charlotte Hulka (@CharHulka) reported

@EE Wow. That response of attempted justification is poor Jess. Maybe if you could actually get signal on the network your customers may start to understand. It’s down more than it’s up

  • _Marc_74 Marc (@_Marc_74) reported

@EE are there signal issues? I keep getting no connection 5g etc when at home in Kent and now central London. Phone rebooted etc but don't think my end?

  • PakMeiSifu Dave Stevens (@PakMeiSifu) reported

@EE last year you refuse me an upgrade. Wonder whether u will refuse me again (a loyal customer of 20yrs +, from the days of Tmobile) my free upgrade and change of tariff again?!

  • elogudbyegirl Christal Mighty (@elogudbyegirl) reported

@EE My names not Christal. Stick to the facts, the coverage is pretty crap, I rarely get to make a call where my voice doesn't suddenly turn into a robot and / cut out completely. Reinvesting, pull the other one.... it's a 25% INCREASE!

  • endsbowen EndsBowen (@endsbowen) reported

@richardtorble @EE Exactly. There is a place for prices rises I get that but lucky I can afford it, but it’s excessive and extremely greedy. They are all *************** now. But don’t want to afford that for no better service or perks. So things will change when I can change.

  • steraggit Steven Davies (@steraggit) reported

So my council tax is increasing by £75 annually. Today @EE tell me my mobile phone line rental is increasing by £95 a year. The above is bad enough but £8 extra per month for literally the same signal and actually worse coverage month on month. @EE can GTF.

  • philsaunders101 Phil Saunders (@philsaunders101) reported

@EE the price increase your applying to contracts is ridiculous. What’s the point of a ‘contract’ if it can be changed at any time. I look forward to my expiry date, I’ll be looking elsewhere for sure. Shame, been with you for years, so much for customer loyalty.

  • steraggit Steven Davies (@steraggit) reported

@EE While switching 3G off, 27 incidents of no signal in last 12 months. Digital exclusion, riiiiiight.
